My son woke up in pain. This was our first time at this clinic and the reviews were not great but with my new insurance they were on the list so we went. Best decision ever. Care was prompt. Friendly. Understanding. He is 17 and they asked him the "sensitive" questions out of my earshot. Adequate tests to figure out a diagnosis and satisfy my mom-sense that they are on top of the situation. We will go back when we need care. It takes a lot to impress me, but they did it. read more

This clinic is not welcoming to new patients. The clinic did not have heavy flow of patients and still took an hour to be seen. The front desk tech was was very nice. In the back the ladies denied medical services and suggested that we go to Oschner.So basically we sat in the front for an hour with no one in front of us to be recommended that we go to Oschner. I did not like the idea that no vitals or lab work were checked or done, yet these these professionals rather sit at their station and text than to care for a patient.. read more

I brought my son in because he was sick. We were told to go wait in the car even though there were two patients in the waiting room. I brought this fact to receptionists attention and she said they were wearing masks. An option not offered until I objected. This business management is either bigoted or incompetent. My daughter was extremely ill with a temp of 102.7 when we arrive and she was having difficulty breathing. They immediately checkered her oxygen saturation before we had even left the check in desk. Her sat was 77% (oxygen required fir anything less than 92%. They quickly triaged her & brought her back and ind treatment to lower her temperature & raise her oxygen level. They noticed that she had a underlying health condition of Syringobulbia & Syringomyelia. It's is a rare spine & brain stem condition that created a fluid filled mass in the spine & at the base of the brain stem. They were super cautious & collaborated with her doctors at TX Children's to develop a plan of care that took all medical history into consideration. Multiple tests, nasal swabs were preformed & the nurses were awesome & incredibly cautious to make sure she was stable & comfortable. The nurse practitioner came in as soon as all test results were ready & explained everything in detail. Together we came up the best plan of care, including us in the decision making process, to insure she received the best course of treatment. She was given 2 injections and a prescription. The next day she was 100% better. It was urgent care at it's finest. From triage to comfort care. They were on their game & delivered top notch care to my daughter & we were more than grateful that they were there & handled her situation like true professionals. This place is horrible to come to period. Especially around the holidays such as Christmas Eve. It's just unbelievable how they tell you what time your supposed to be seen and then you have all these other people who just got there who already got in the waiting room and is leaving while your still there waiting to be seen. AND now while I am currently still here they said there was only one health care provider and which I could understand why the service was slow but she really wasn't doing anything but sitting at her desk on her computer. This place is soooo inconsiderate of other people's time. Some people up here were just about coughing up a lung and still waiting to be seen while more people are leaving and going about their day. I wouldn't take my kids back to these people if my life depended on it. The location is 2600 tower Dr in Monroe, La. Everyone in the back had frowns on their faces like they hated their jobs. The only person that had some sense of care in them was a guy by the name of Barry. The nurse practioner was a bitch she took her glasses off like she was going to fight me..and Lord knows what i would have done to her. Negative was all in the air. The sent a lady by the name of alecia hopkins in the room to speak with me. When she walked in the room it instantly got HOT!! I grabbed my kids and told the girl who actually came in and had aome sense and Mr. Barry to get away from these people. When u can see the demons with the naked eye its not a good place to be . I recommend NOONE to go there!!! The guy who came in to take my kids pressure was rough and had a very bad attitude. I left without my kids getting any real treatment!!!!!
