This review isn't about the doctors or nurses but about the customer service I received from the receptionist( the first person you see when you enter) It's a pretty busy place, I went to simply ask a question(not even to see a doctor)... I went to the receptionist desk and began asking her and she kept rudely interrupting me and trying to answer a question she thought I was trying to ask but she never would let me finish... It was a busy time and I think she was by herself with some trainees but that doesn't excuse rudeness... I wanted to rate this place 1 star but the pharmacy employees(who were just as busy) politely answered my question and offered me help beyond what I was asking. read more

I love the quality of care. I have nothing but good things to say about the care I get when I go. I don't have to worry about spending all day in a waiting room somewhere else. I love how I can take care of almost all of my appointments in one place. read more

The receptionist for the pediatrics department was SO incredibly rude. Wouldn't listen to me explain anything, immediately tried to shut me down and get off the phone. Didn't even get to schedule an appointment. Didn't offer any help in my situation. Didn't create any kind of welcoming experience. Not only will I never try to set up anything with their pediatric department, I will NOT be going to Green Clinic for any kind of service ever again! 0/5 stars if I could. If you can't even get past the phone, they don't deserve any patients. Am definitely going elsewhere. read more

They take care of you every time you come in always polite in all ways. They also get you in and out real fast.

Got a call from Green Clinic about another patient they have. We tried to do the right thing and let them know they called the wrong number and who it was for and the "switch operator" was rude and said she couldn't help unless she knew an area it was for. Gave her area, name of patient and Dr. but still said she couldn't help. Hope the patient receives what she needs. We tried. We've never been to green clinic and never will after that phone call. read more

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was referred by my primary dr. for some issues needing a specialist and had spectacular treatment. I was contacted prior to my first visit and informed of all the testing i needed to complete prior to my appointment, and everything was able to be done in one building. I completed my test and had a visit with the specialist and was out in less than 2 hours. read more

Green Clinic is a horrible place to visit especially when you are not feeling well. The service there is ridiculously sorry from front desk to back examining office. I'm sure there are some genuine people working there who truly want to help patients get well, but unfortunately there are so many bad apples in the bunch that they overshadow any positive people or outcomes from the place. Most of the people sitting in the booths outside the doctor's offices are rude, nasty, and basically act as if they don't want to be at work that day, nor any other day. In my opinion, they need to find themselves another job somewhere else doing whatever it is they want to be doing, rather than sitting on their laurels prohibiting sick people from the opportunity to get well. Then, when you finally get to see a "doctor", they simply look for symptoms that they can patch on rather than searching for the root problem, to cure. They even have the nerve to have signs up stating make your return appointment before you leave, today, which says to me they already know they will not help, heal, cure nor save anyone before you even get in there, so just know that you WILL be back. Of the people that I have talked to in Ruston who regularly visit Green Clinic, none of them have had positive help nor a cure for ANYTHING. All they got was another appointment to come back again. Almost sounds like Green Clinic is not interested in anything except charging your insurance, or taking your money. They know they have a monopoly on healthcare in Ruston, (no competition) and they don't really care if you get well or not, just come back in 6 weeks. It's a shame that they take advantage of people who cannot get out of Ruston to go some place else for healthcare. Seems like those who took the Hippocratic Oath have forgotten that they did so, and others there don't even know what it is. Beware, citizens of Ruston! Green Clinic is not trying to help, heal, nor cure ANYONE!!! read more

I was referred to green clinic by my dr a few years back. they were very busy and I had to wait sometimes to get questions answered, but, as I understand it they have people coming there from different cities, even, states. I was extremely happy with how few visits I had to make and how quickly and correctly they diagnosed me and started a medicine for me. It looks like I will be seeing them again, soon. I live in Crossett, Arkansas and I am confident the drive will be worth it again. read more
