The front desk lady said she just answers the phone. I didn't know doctors offices hired people to just answer the phone snd if so, you need to get rid of her. She needs to be able to do more as a functioning working adult other than answer the phone. She has to be able to answer questions coherently or pretend to understand regular English sentences. I will never come here again and I recommend you don't. I'm calling my insurance company to talk to them about this because I don't think anyone should have to pay for service at this place. I paid a co-pay that I'm going to dispute with the insurance company. If they don't do something about it, I'm calling my bank to dispute the charge. Sub-standard care, no follow up, poor communication from start to finish.

I was in and out in literally 15 mins. The doctor was very friendly as were the staff.read more

He just wants a paycheck and he just wants to get you hooked on something and then when it finally works he will take you off. He caused me to relapse to the psych ward twice bc he has no clue what he is doing. See anyone over this fraud. He knows nothing about psychIatry other than it pays him well. He sucks.
