My family and I had our passport photos taken at Walgreens and all of them were rejected. They were the correct size, but the actual photo itself did not meet the guidelines and we had to pay and retake them at the post office. Now, Walgreens does have a policy that you can get a refund or have the pictures retaken if they're not accepted, but that's too risky when it comes to a passport. Outside of that, my experience shopping here and at the pharmacy was pleasant.

I have never had such a poor experience. I feel I've done my due diligence. Run. Run as fast as you can and if your meds are life sustaining you will likely die waiting for them. One of the senior (and certified?) technicians (she has glasses and long braided hair) removes her mask (mask to protect against covid) when talking to coworkers and pulls it back over her face when she's not talking. Awkward. This is the same tech who often has an attitude when interacting with customers. My biggest complaint, as you can see in the photos, is that they are usually out of items. I'm not talking every now and then. I'm talking same items for MONTHS on end. Not sure which shift lead/manager is doing weekly scan outs, but y'all are missing entire departments. As I said the staff is usually nice, however the older female cashier with dark really hair takes her job WAY too seriously. I can't say her name on Yelp but it starts with an "R" and is four letters long. I came in with my small dog a month ago and she tried to challenge me on it. MA'AM. It's a 10 lb chihuahua. Unless the dog is going crazy in the store, stop discouraging people from bringing them inside. You're going to have dogs sitting in 100 degree cars while the owners casually shop in the store. There are no signs outside saying non-service dogs are not allowed. I only go to this Walgreens because it's in walking distance. It's the little things, and then they proceeded to ask me what's the number to the pharmacy that I wanted it transferred to, why am I responsible for providing the number? I'm sure they do transfers all the time they were being lazy and they need to be moved somewhere else not at the window.
