The incompetence of this place is a masterclass in bad business management. I almost believed I was part of a hidden camera prank show. I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I came in with a very specific service request and even provided clear, detailed instructions. Despite that, the staff immediately started pushing for a full diagnostic and began listing a bunch of unrelated issues they claimed needed attention. I told them up front that I did not want a diagnostic--I just needed a simple software update. To make things worse, the main mechanic wasn't even available, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. They couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system, even though they were holding the VIN number in their hands. It felt like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work instead of listening to what I actually asked for, and to be given a ridiculous quote, when the so called mechanic has not even seen my vehicle was the biggest red flag. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Definitely won't be returning. read more

¡No dejes que sus elegantes coches brillantes te engañen! Fui como un tipo promedio que "no conoce" de mecánica y pedí un servicio de frenos. Me aseguré de haber sido completamente claro del trabajo que quería hacer. Luego procedieron y pensaron que no me daría cuenta de que no reemplazaron los rotores como les pedí originalmente, lo cual es imprescindible cuando están desgastados. Una vez que los pillé en su error, intentaron corregirse a sí mismos y cambiarlos, pero no tenían rotores en inventario, así que me dijeron que tenía que esperar hasta el día siguiente y querían cobrarme por los rotores POR SEPARADO cuando era un mal diagnóstico de su parte y generalmente es un trabajo todo en uno. Pero de nuevo, intentar cobrarme de más y que sea su error está mal. Cuando me enfrenté a ellos, comenzaron a poner excusas y se pusieron a la defensiva, tratando de culparme por "no ser claro" de lo que quería que se hiciera, a pesar de que fui quirúrgicamente preciso de lo que necesitaba que se hiciera. En general, casi me gasto cerca de $800 USD en los frenos delanteros y ¡ni siquiera eran originales! ¡Cobran precios de BMW por piezas OEM! Sé que el sello puede ser la única diferencia, pero aún así debería costar menos que el original y para cobrar más caro es simplemente malo y sentí que se aprovecharon de mí. Afortunadamente, rechacé el servicio, pero es seguro decir que nunca más volveré a hacer negocios con ellos y te recomiendo encarecidamente que hagas lo mismo si valoras el dinero que tanto te cuesta ganar. First of he owner tells my husband it will be free to look at the car and then charges me 90$ to tell me I need over 4,000$ worth of work on it without even taking it apart. He tells me he will call me in two hours with diagnostics and never called til the end of the day .. he didn't work on my car til almost closing so I had to leave my car overnight. Its a shady place and a shady dude that claims to work and know about European cars and then proceeds to lie through his teeth to the customer. read more

Frank and his family are the best! Driving through from Phoenix to San Diego and the wife's service light came on saying she was waaaay overdue for oil change...! Yes fellas, you know how that is when they don't tell you about the lights popping up in the car! Before closing, Frank showed us warm hospitality and got the oil change dome right away. We smelled gas on the way over coming from the AC, and Frank told us we had a leak.in the fuel pump cover. He made an appointment for tomorrow at San Diego Mercedes for us to get it fixed (at a low rate) and get a loaner car so it wouldn't ruin our vacation! Just wonderful people over there, Frank and his family have our vote, the best European Car shop in the area! Thank you Frank!!! read more

We brought in our BMW to get the Support Rear Trunk Lid Lift Support replaced. We received efficient, quick and excellent service.

I contacted Southside Euro in the Summer or 2023 regarding getting my headlight lenses on my 2008 BMW M3 replaced. After some back and forth, a date was finally set for my appointment and I was assured that it would be done the same day as I live an hour away and would need my vehicle to get back home. Upon arriving to my appointment on 09/25/23, there was a huge lack of coordination as they didn't even seem to have a record of my appointment even though there were several calls leading up to this. The receptionist went and got "Frank" who seemed to be in charge and he assured me we would set a new appointment at his new "Yuma AZ" location since that is where I live in early October. I agreed as that would be convenient and he showed me around the shop and showed me his personal M3 as well. He convinced me to order a new steering wheel like his since mine had some sun damage and that on my new appointment at the Yuma location, both my headlight lenses and new steering wheel would be fixed and installed. I paid $300.00 for the steering wheel to order the part from them and was not provided any sort of invoice or receipt which I thought was weird, but all seemed well. Fast forward to November and Frank just kept having a million excuses regarding my appointment and steering wheel. I said I just want my car fixed and steering wheel or I'll have to report it to the BBB. He called me and cursed me out for this. He told me after many more texts that he would issue a refund but has ignored me ever since. Every time I try to call the shop directly they said the refund lady is out and I will need to call back to have it processed. They've been dodging me many months now and I would just like my $300.00 refunded back as I never received the steering wheel or any service from them whatsoever. I have seen many other reviews of this place on other websites now advising that they have shady business practices. To this date (4/26/24) I have not received a message, call, or any form of communication from the company. I submitted a BBB complaint simply requesting the $300 back and no response to that either. I have received the money back through my bank as they have charged back the company with the evidence I presented. HORRIBLE SHADY COMPANY, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. read more

Not good at all. The supposed owner that which i forgot his name and said he used to work for bmw company and even built his own bmw and also i forgot which one or something like that but anyways he lied to us that he took pride in his job and skills in being able to work excellent in any kind of BMW's and after he charged me a whole lot and for stuff i didnt approves of like for example o went to take the car cause it had started to shake and a message on the car that something was wrongs i took it to get it check out and the said it was the twin turbo that was need work as taled $2700.00, in the recipt i saw they supposedly changed all roters , breaks and other stuff and then a couple of weeks ago it started shaking and rattling everyday and now i have to find some one that can actually know how to fix BMW'As. So i don't know why they preferred to rip off people in the first. You guys should be ashamed especially that dude who swore he would fix my car and make look like it was new cause that is his passion and pride.
