The truck wasn't in yet but should be there soon, so we decided to go there to wait. There was a truck in the driveway blocking the entire business so we hung on a side street until it left. It left and we went in to the office. We stood waiting. No one helped and the lady in the office didn't say anything. My husband asked and she said it's outside. The only thing done in the office is to pay. We spoke to Danny and found there were many trucks-one with the tires that were delivered and another one with the wheels. Our tire came in but the wheel did not. And it went from here any minute so we went next door for lunch while waiting for it to come in and so they could unload. I got a call saying the truck was 2 hours late. We didn't want to wait. He had a wheel but not the style of the rest of our wheels. It's a spare so we looked. It was used. But way cheaper so we agreed and they put the tire on and balanced it fast. Danny really knew his stuff about tires. He was great to work with and was very nice. We are a long way from large towns where tires & wheels are shipped so offers can be late. Very late. My suggestion is to call before you need it or if it's an emergency, pony up the extra dough for one in stock somewhere. I would go back to All Valley Tire & Wheel but not if it's needed immediately.

The incompetence of this place is a masterclass in bad business management. I almost believed I was…read morepart of a hidden camera prank show. I had a really disappointing experience at this shop. I came in with a very specific service request and even provided clear, detailed instructions. Despite that, the staff immediately started pushing for a full diagnostic and began listing a bunch of unrelated issues they claimed needed attention. I told them up front that I did not want a diagnostic--I just needed a simple software update. To make things worse, the main mechanic wasn't even available, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. They couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system, even though they were holding the VIN number in their hands. It felt like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work instead of listening to what I actually asked for, and to be given a ridiculous quote, when the so called mechanic has not even seen my vehicle was the biggest red flag. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them, so I left and took my business elsewhere. Definitely won't be returning.

Pero de nuevo, intentar cobrarme de más y que sea su error está mal. Cuando me enfrenté a ellos, comenzaron a poner excusas y se pusieron a la defensiva, tratando de culparme por "no ser claro" de lo que quería que se hiciera, a pesar de que fui quirúrgicamente preciso de lo que necesitaba que se hiciera. En general, casi me gasto cerca de $800 USD en los frenos delanteros y ¡ni siquiera eran originales! ¡Cobran precios de BMW por piezas OEM! Sé que el sello puede ser la única diferencia, pero aún así debería costar menos que el original y para cobrar más caro es simplemente malo y sentí que se aprovecharon de mí.
