Five stars all the way for Executive Collision Center. I didn't really know what to do after my…read morevehicle got bumped from behind. There wasn't a lot of damage and the person that hit me preferred to pay out of pocket and not involve the insurance companies if possible. In the past, I've gone to a few body shops that really weren't interested in small jobs that didn't involve payment from an insurance company. I made a call to my insurance agent and he suggested trying Executive. I called them and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the same day. They were obviously very busy when I arrived but I didn't have to wait long. After a few minutes they went over my car and described in detail what would be done to repair the damage to the rear of my Honda CR-V. After that we returned to the office and they wrote up the estimate. I asked for a second copy and they were happy to oblige me. The following day they phoned me and said the responsible party had contacted them and verified they would be paying for the job. Executive scheduled my vehicle for a few days later. Executive Collision Center is not open on weekends so I used the convenient after hours key drop slot and dropped off my vehicle on a Sunday since my work schedule didn't permit me to drop it off on Monday. I appreciated the timely communication from Executive. They called me regularly to keep me up to date on their progress on my vehicle. On Wednesday they called and told me the work was completed, the bill was taken care of and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I picked it up after work the following day. The process was quick and easy and my vehicle looked absolutely perfect. I was impressed that they gave it a good cleaning inside and out. Throughout my interaction with Executive Collision Center I found the staff pleasant and professional, even fun to talk with. I enjoyed my interaction with every employee I had contact with, it was evident they take great pride in their work and enjoy their jobs. I was thrilled with the work they did on my vehicle and was very impressed with the fast turnaround time. I really appreciate the level of service I received for such a small job that didn't involve an insurance company, they made me feel like a valued customer. I unconditionally recommend Executive Collision Center and will not hesitate to contact them should I have need of collision services in the future.

When I showed it to this body shop they were very apologetic and scheduled me immediately for repair/correction. The repair came out beautifully and they apologized for my having to bring it in. There was no fee and the work was done quickly. I appreciate the rapid response and the quality correction. I don't expect people or businesses to be perfect, but I do expect them to make it right. I was not disappointed. I would recommend this body shop to anyone and should the need arise, I will give them my return business.

Worst possible experience for detailing my car. Brought them a 2002 Lexus SC430 car to paint lower…read morefront bumper, they did a great job. They offered to "detail" it for $500 using a "subcontractor" I said too much. Checked around and that seemed like the going rate so I went with it. Now the word detail in my mind is this; 1. Clean doorjambs and rubber, all windows essentially everything in and out 2. Clean trunk jamb and all jambs and rubber 3. Vacuum and clean inside, spot shampoo as required 4. I paid for engine detail also THEIR QUOTE: This includes door jambs, interior door panels, engine bay, and a coat of wax on the outside. I go to pick it up - door jambs are ok. I open trunk where the hard top slides into - hadn't even been opened. They didn't even know the hard top went into the trunk - all rubber and jambs were very dirty filled with leaves and such as was trunk. Showed them how it works and all the jambs/rubber that needed cleaning and they said we will fix this. That was somewhat understandable if you didn't know how the vehicle worked. Went back today for final - moved the front passenger seat up - leaves and debris behind seat, leaves and debris under edge of floor matt. Neither Matt was cleaned/shampooed. Was told that was part of a full restoration. Also found the rubber seal about lower window part of the hard top window wasn't cleaned or touched. Was too that they didn't want to mess with that because it would take the lubricant off the seal and they don't normally touch the seals. Really? The seal is dry and old not flaky or dry rotted. Somehow the others were fine. Lots of excuses that pointed to a serious issue with quality. Now I said if this subcontractor detail company can't even vacuum I'd like to know who they are because I don't ever want to use them again. Was told no won't do that we don't want you "bashing" them. Ok so Graham Collision, if you don't want a customer to "call out quality issues " for a job they are paying for, that to most people are common sense, and that is considered "bashing them - your subcontractor", then you own it. YOU are responsible for your shoddy subcontractor's work and if that is good enough for Graham Collision then so be it. Fool me once but you won't fool me twice and I refuse to accept what your version of "detail" means especially when I would have gotten a thorough "detail" job from AutoBell for less that $100. We will see them tomorrow.
