I love cute coffee shops and this one definitely is on my list. I stopped in for a Yelp event not realizing I was a day too early which isn't the first time I've done it. I looked over the menu and saw they had a fall collection of drinks that sounded all so good! I went with the Sweet potato pie matcha and also a beef empanada. The staff working was really speedy everything was ready pretty quickly. I got my drink first them they brought out my empanada from the back and I ended up taking them both to the car to enjoy. The matcha had only little flavor from the cold foam until I realized all the syrup was at the bottom. I stirred the drink and could definitely tastes the sweet potato afterwards it was a good drink the only thing I wish is that the marshmallows on the top would have been toasted! The beef empanada had a crispy dough but the filling was soo dry even with the salsa. Maybe because it was re heated it dried out a bit? I'm not sure. Overall this location is super cute and a perfect spot to grab a drink.

Southie Coffee is a hidden gem in Seminole. The coffee service was quick. I had a to wait a little while for my burrito but over it's a nice cafe to work or catch up with a friend.

I came to the Yelp Carb Comeback event at Southie Coffee this morning for a nice and chill Sunday, and that is definitely what I got! The café is really cute on the inside and has plenty of seating at the front of the shop, a cute little nook in the back, and even lots of outdoor seating. The staff was helpful, friendly, and quick with their service - although by the time I arrived at 11am, they were unfortunately out of breakfast burritos which I was excited for. I ended up getting an iced miso latte - it was very subtle, but it had a nice flavor. I would come back to try another couple of items, but it wasn't my favorite.

Visited for the first time on a Sundsy. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and nice from the moment I walked in. The shop has a really chill vibe, great spot to hang out. For the menu, the coffee and pastries were good, and they unfortunately ran out of breakfast burritos by the time we arrived at 11:00 AM on a Sunday. Overall, it was pretty solid.

I enjoyed a caramel filled donut and a brown sugar bourbon cold brew at this location which is spacious and clean. The service is one of a kind, truly top notch. Greeted upon entry and also had napkins/utensils brung to my table by the staff. Good job Southie Coffee.

This is my favorite local coffee shop in Seminole, FL! We always order the signature banana mocha with oat milk, and my favorite seasonal drinks are the coconut banana and the Summer Samoan. It's truly some of the best coffee around, and I love that they roast their own coffee beans and use homemade syrups. The service makes it even better, the staff are so kind and welcoming every time. The ambiance is what really pulls it all together, it's quaint, cozy, and the perfect place to hang out, play trivia, or read. And the music is always a vibe, lots of Fleetwood Mac (I might be biased). 5/5 will always come back whenever I stop for the beach!

Beef empanada

Great little coffee shop! We had 2 empanadas and a latte. You have to try the Cuban empanada - like a Cuban sandwich inside! Beef flavor was good too. Service was phenomenal - so genuinely friendly. They also roast their own beans btw :) A little pricey for the drinks, though, and I felt the flavor of one of their specialty lattes was quite weak [could barely taste the hazelnut/mocha flavor *sniff*]. The space was really small and gets packed, so not so much a place to linger and work -- even when factoring outside seating. However, if you're in the area, it's good spot to come grab a bite and a specialty latte to go -- specially as there are no other good local, comparable options I've tried.

Cute little bookshelf to pick from and they also had trivia cards on the tables

This was a cute spot to find on our way home. We were visiting family in the area and came across this little spot. The staff were friendly and recognized the regulars. Definitely worth checking out! We tried 2 seasonal drinks and they were both really good and different. One was a creamsicle inspired iced latte that had a delicious orange cold foam. I have forgotten what the other one was called, but it was an iced mocha with coconut. It was also really good.

I love this place so much! It is so homey and welcoming on the inside and the staff was wonderful! The coffee itself was great and tasted amazing! I came to this place while on vacation and I wish it was back home cause then I'd go back everyday for real :) 5 stars!!

Wonderful, cute new coffee spot, had a delicious lavender iced coffee & their pesto bacon bagel sandwich after a workout...& it hit the spot, will definitely be back!

I had this place on my list to check out and am so happy we did! We stopped in for a later afternoon coffee and was wanting to coming back for food! We ordered some iced coffees and fell in love with the coffee shop. They had a great food and drink menu but their seasonal menu was something to try! I ordered the matcha julep and was wanting more! I think I drank my iced matcha within 10 minutes. It was very tasty and unlike anything I've tried. The inside was decorated extremely cute and even offered free treats to any of our four legged friends. All in all it was a great spot to come in and out for a quick coffee or stay and play trivia with some friends.

Summer Menu Avocado Toast and Charcuterie Honey Toast

We stopped in for coffee and ended up having a light breakfast. We ordered off their summer menu. We shared an avocado toast and charcuterie honey toast. Even though they presented the same when looking at them they were very different flavor profiles. It was a perfect mix of savory and sweet between the both of them.

We did not try any food but those muffins everyone is talking about looked great! Coffee is good, but VERY strong. This is a tiny little shop in the back of a shopping center. They have free WiFi and a little stand of books to hang out and read. They do not have a lot of seating and most of the tables are only big enough for 2. They are very friendly when you walk in and pretty fast for good custom coffee. We would definitely be interested in coming back!

I originally wanted to try the black sesame chocolate croissant but the person taking care of me said they were the first to sell out, so next time I'll be coming right when they open. The associates taking care of me were kind and patient. Ube Smores Cinnamon Roll: 3/5 This cinnamon roll was HUGE and HEAVY. I must say that it tasted pretty darn good. The frosting wasn't too sweet, the bread was soft and you can tell it proofed perfectly. I also like how the brown sugar was a bit crunchy! The only thing that didn't hit for me was that it didn't taste like ube or smores ones bit. It was purple and beautiful but I didn't get the nutty taste of ube. Then they had a toasted marshmallow on top but I couldn't taste any other marshmallow flavor in the roll. They also had a biscoff cookie instead of a graham cracker which was fine but it was not giving ube, marshmallow or graham cracker. For a normal cinnamon roll it was great though. Crème brûlée donut: 3/5 The crunchy exterior was top tier and done very well. The caramel could have been cooked a little longer to get that amber color along with the warmer taste I was looking for. The bread of of the donut was okay. A little denser than I thought it would be and the cream wasn't sweet enough despite the vanilla beans I saw in there. Strawberry Shortcake Cookie: 2/5 The base cookie is really good. Soft and gigantic, but the elements making it strawberry shortcake were just too sweet for me and the cookie itself was undercooked and the white chocolate was way too sweet. I did like the outside coating of the strawberry shortcake was pretty good! Overall it was a good experience but if it looks sweet just know it really is.

I finally got the chance to try Ngot Baked Goods at Naga Tea in Valrico. I'd heard about their…read moredelicious pastries through my friend, Rachel M. Well, they just happened to be dropping off a few of their popular items at both Naga Tea locations on Valentine's Day. How perfect was that? The Valrico location is practically around the corner from where I live. They couldn't have timed it any better. I was all in. I wanted to try them all. Everything looked absolutely delicious. I ended up getting the ube s'mores cookie and the ube milk bread cinnamon roll. There were instructions on how to warm up the roll. It heated up perfectly in the microwave. The ube milk bread was the star of this cinnamon roll. Actually, I loved every ingredient. The ube cinnamon swirls were gooey & buttery inside. The glaze on top was sweet, but not too overpowering. It was way better than a Cinnabon cinnamon roll. I'd totally it again. The ube s'mores cookie was just as amazing. I had it for breakfast the following day. Don't judge me. LOL! This cookie was topped with a toasted marshmallow. It reminded me of the s'mores brownies from my favorite Ubelicious mail order bakery. I was kicking myself for not getting the London Fog cookie made with Earl Grey tea. I'm hoping there is a next time. I'm also hoping that I can one day try their cube croissants and cruffins. Please continue to deliver pastries to Naga Tea, or to more places across the Bay. What a great partnership that would be! There's nothing better than a freshly pulled espresso boba with one of these delicious croissant creations. It was a great Valentine's Day treat.
