They came out quickly, were extremely courteous and respectful of my 18 yr old daughter that had to stay home to deal with the mess...well at some point the property owner decided he wanted a cheaper price, Ben Franklin got called to cease working and they had to load up the new water heater and leave. Gene called me to explain as best he could what was going on.
