We had turf installed 6 months ago by Big Bully. The installation went as planned but after a…read morecouple of months we saw a section that appeared to "bubble" up in our yard. Due to some health problems I waited to call them to come and take a look to see what the problem is. I finally called them, sent the pictures they asked for, and waited for their reply. I had mentioned in my initial call that it might be roots causing the problem. I should never had said that as they sent me an email saying they would come out to take care of the problem caused by the roots at the cost of $450. They assumed that was the problem without ever coming to take a look! Even if it was a root problem, that would indicate an installation problem as this was just installed 6 months ago! Needless to say, I'm done with them and would not recommend them. Stay away from Big Bully!

My putting green needed maintenance which is required to keep the green smooth. After several calls they finally came out to assess and brought the wrong equipment to fix. Ensured they would come back the next day, then the next, never showed. I had to call office and was told they would put me on the schedule. Never happened! Called again and was told the same thing. Then they called and told me they could come out tomorrow but would be $250 for maintenance. This same maintenance was $150 last year. Asked why the big increase and was told because prices went up. It literally takes them 20 minutes to roll out. That's crazy! Bottom line! Save your money and go with a reputable company that will honor prices and show up when scheduled.
