We called (850) 208-2669 and talked directly with an on-call Service Technician, Dane Petti. He was wrapping up another service call, and he scheduled us as his next appointment. Even though it was after hours and outside temperatures hovered around 90°, Dane showed up less than an 45 minutes later with a smile on his face and the most positive professional attitude we've ever witnessed.
