Both times we had originally filed with our home warranty and was given a week's turn around with a different contractor. That wasn't acceptable so we cancelled the warranty request, called McGreevys and they were out within the day. I'm skipping the warranty next time and calling them first instead. I called their office number and left a message as soon as I had a work order number, about 5 in the afternoon. Within FIVE minutes of my call, Mr. McGreevy called me back. I told him about the leak, and he actually told me how I could fix the backed-up line on my own by hooking up a Shop-Vac to the outside drain line and sucking the clog out. He wouldn't have been able to come out for a couple of days, and gave me specific instructions. By spending just a couple of minutes talking me through it, not only did I save hours of dumping buckets and cleanup, but also the $100 trade fee he would've had to collect! They truly have your best interests and quick resolution in mind.

But he assured it was no bother at all. We set an appointment and he kept it...that says a lot these days. Based on my call with him, he came prepared to either just give the quote I called for or to actually perform the work and I was ready for the work to be done, so he did everything right then and there! He did an amazing job and was really quick! He was also thoughtful with my job, trying to make sure the new lighting would "look right" overall and he took the time to point me to the best lights to finish my job when I'm ready (a DIY job.) I'll definitely have him back out for the next project on the horizon and can leave this review saying "If you are ready to GET SH-TUFF DONE at a reasonable cost, call Josh." I did not intend for that to kinda rhyme, but it works, so I'm leaving it.
