They just called and the problem was some debris clogging up the brake pad and they took care of it. That was the good news. Here's the awesome part - there is no charge!! Now I know it took some time to remove the wheel, get to the brakes, and check the rotor so I expect to pay for his time. This independent business and owner are really something special. They assured me that they would fix both parts and the estimate reflected the repairs and labor. When I picked up the vehicle, they only fixed one of the parts mentioned. When I told them about the other part, they gave me a hard time and stated that my insurance may not cover it. I told them that the estimate was based on both parts and I even called my insurance to clarify. Long story short, it feels like they wanted more money from my insurance. I feel like I was scammed. I will not be taking my vehicle here again. Please be transparent with your customers.

I asked if they did body work and they said not really, but checked it out anyways. They said they'll do a tire rotation and balance and then can zip tie the bumper, so at least it's not a hazard anymore. I waited about 35 minutes and the guy came and said it's all done.
