He asked for my keys and offered for me to go in into the lobby which I appreciated. Shortly after he came over to discuss the wear of my tires, discussing replacing my luggage nuts and spare tire. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. After removing my tires Alan came in to let me know my front two tires were out of alignment and close to bald on the inside. He offered to show me the wear and they needed to be replaced. Fortunately they had my tires in stock and were able to get me taken care of today. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.

The service this place has is very deceptive. I went in for a routine oil check (which they took an hour and 40 minutes to do) they then proceeded to quote me for 300 Dollar drive belts, a $300 cooling flush, a $500 valve cover gasket, and $3000 to remove and replace a suspension control arm. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.

The vehicle is lowered and has very sensitive magne-ride suspension. So I needed to find an alignment shop that understands what the different angles do and how to properly adjust for both optimum handling and tire wear. The alignment took them some time, as I expected it would! But when they finished, it was perfect. The car drives straight as an arrow and handles exceptionally well! They are able to set the vehicle up for aggressive track use, if that's what is wanted, or for daily driving or a combination of both. Or they can put everything back to factory setting! This skill and ability is what really set them apart. Most shops, the techs barely understand what camber and caster is, let alone what adjusting them does to your handling characteristics. But Billy and his team know this stuff very well! Whether you have a Honda Civic that needs a tow and go, a fully modified race-car, or a lifted truck, this is the best shop around for your alignment needs! And their prices are good!
