It's been 1 1/2 hours since they started on his vehicle and still not done. Might could understand if they were busy but the guys in the shop are moving like they're stuck in quicksand. DO NOT USE NTB in Conroe. Update: 3/12 hours later and finally done with a job that takes about 30 minutes to complete that I had an appointment for. There was a period that my truck was the only vehicle in the bay and wasn't being worked on. I've worked on my own vehicles for 45 years. This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever had to use.
