Frank Bergeron came out to give us a quote. He was very nice and for the most part professional. I enjoyed talking with him, however, the only thing I didn't really like was him asking me what I did for a living and my wife work. If it was a genuine question bout interesting in my work, thats one thing but it seemed he was more asking how much money i made. Other than that, I enjoyed talking with him and he was very responsive to calls. During the quote I did Ask how much they charge for labor, but he told me that they don't reveal that information. Overall, Excellent communication with Natasha, Frank, and Samuel. There was a lot of subcontractors involved in the project. They worked very hard. The quality of the frame was a bit disappointing, although they got the frame up in a single day. The wood quality looked very cheap for what was being charged. The pavers and installation of pavers was excellent work. The only down side to the pavers was the edges. They just leave the edges with broken up sloped cement. The edges didn't look good and with the cost of the job, you'd expect them to at least fully cement it or anything to make it look good. But I have to understand that wasn't part of the job i guess. tl;dr Very expensive, They don't tell you the cost of labor, HIGHLY recommend getting an Inspector for the job to make sure the subcontractors do good job. Job completion was very fast. Looks good, but quality of material could be a lot better. My project for a 20x25 covered patio with a 5'0" x 14" bar, with Pavers cost $32,000.
