Even without the green chili option, it still had a bit of spice to it but enough to make it flavorful without being overwhelming (as you know, I'm not one for overly spicy foods). I also liked that Nick here at Sip N Spices took the time to ask me how I knew about them and what brought me in, as well as him sharing that the dishes are inspired by his grandmother's recipes.
