Easy to order online, gave us good pick up instructions, and everything came packed really nicely. The good: - Pricing was extremely reasonable for what we ordered, especially around a holiday. - Side dishes were fantastic. Simple things like craisins and cheese in the salad, excellent corn mix, and red skin mashed potatoes made the meal a huge hit. - Packaging. Everything came in good, foil pans with tight lids. I have a Cambro so it packed nicely in there to keep the hot foods hot. The "meh": Honestly, the ribs were not fantastic. Good, basic, "fall off the bone" (AKA cooked to far) ribs. A rub was non existent and the sauce they put on was really bland. I was in the minority of folks that didn't care for them which leads me to give them that 4th star up there. Apparently they do all kinds of catering and "meals ready to go" out of the Warehouse 22 Event Center in Syracuse. Looking forward to giving them more business in the futire.

Cold food was cold so the salad being the first course was promising. Hot food was cold. We were concerned about food poisoning. Waiting staff looked stressed and their uniforms were old and several were dirty. This was a formal event. A few days later when I contacted Charlotte Hall she said basically that's the kind of service and food to expect for the price she charged us. If there was a way to do over, I would choose a different caterer.

There were some…read moreunpleasant experience but they were willing to take responsibilities and offered partial refund. Here is a full story: We initially chose them because their event coordinator Amanda was very responsive on all communication and the meals they presented on tasting. Amanda remained professional which we felt grateful. However, the food that we actually got served on the wedding day was not the same. The chicken was very moist, saucy, and bigger portion during the tasting, but on the day was dry and small. During the tasting, we were amazed on this pesto mash potato that they created for us, which was one of the reasons that we decided on their service, was not even served on the wedding day. They offered to refund the cost of the potato and some of the chicken to us, which was appreciated. The other part of their service that needs improvement is the bar-tending service. We had an open bar and we purchased a considerable amount of alcohol, thinking that they will last the whole night. However, when it was the time for our champagne toast, my husband and I did not even get any champagne because they were out already... From our guests, we learned that the portion of the drinks that were served was not handled professionally. Overall, I'd still recommend to at least give them a call if you are looking for a catering service because they were being responsive and responsible.

I loved that we could completely customize the menu to exactly what we wanted. A lot of other caterers we looked at just had set menus you couldn't change. We were married at the Brigham Young Farmhouse at This is the Place, so we stuck with a farmhouse theme for the food. We had ranch style chicken, roasted red potatoes, a super yummy carrot and apple dish, salad, rolls with homemade jam, three different lemonades, and pie for dessert! Our guests loved the food! They even had gluten free meals ready for our friends and family who couldn't have gluten! I would recommend them to anyone and if I ever need a caterer in the future we are definitely using Good Day!

This was my first time at the Cinebites event and overall, it was ok. I think the experience could…read morehave been better and I'll outline why. When bought the tickets, there was no indication as to what was on the menu. One of the people in my group has a nut and shellfish allergy, but there was no where on the ticket purchase screen to note this. Normally, reservations would have this option to make sure they can prepare ahead of time. I took a chance and hoped they would ask this when we arrived. We came as a party of four to the Lady and the Tramp movie and the event was listed from 6:30-9:00 but doesn't mention when the doors would open. We arrived at 6:15 thinking that we could sit down and use the facilities before the movie started, but the doors were locked and there was no sign. Several other customers did the same and I assume they were under the same impression. Would have been helpful in the email communication to let customers know when the doors open so they aren't arriving too early and having to wait. When we sat down, the hostess let us know it was open seating and to not leave too many gaps, which is fine, but their setup was not exactly couple friendly. Each table could seat 3 people and since we were a group of 4, the 4th person had to sit in the next table, which felt a little disconnected. One small popcorn bag was placed for every 3 people, so if you had a 4th person in the group, they would have either shared with the group they came with or with a stranger. The menu was on each table, there were no ingredients or allergy mentions. The menu looked standard and the dishes listed don't typically have any shellfish or nuts. There were no announcements made when everyone arrived and no one to greet us other than the hostess at the front. We waited for a while and then at 6:52, the movie started. One the movie started playing, we noticed immediately that the speakers on the left side of the room weren't working. It was hard to hear the movie the rest of the night and I'm not sure if this was just a technical issue that day. When the food started arriving, we had one dish that had almonds and we had to ask the server to send it back because of the allergy. I asked if there were any more items on the list with shellfish or nuts, but they seemed confused at the ask and didn't know. This could potentially cause severe reactions and the Cinebites teams should take this in consideration. Luckily the salad was remade and no issues came up. When the movie was done, the staff came out with a microphone to thank everyone for coming and then had a parade of the staff. It was cool to see those that worked there to make things happen that evening. Now knowing they had a microphone, it would have been nice for them to welcome guests in at the beginning and given directions to those who have never been here before. While I know this is not to the same level as the other Movie and Dinner events out there, it was something new to try out and nice that Utah has something like this.

My husband ordered the sausage butter croissant and was surprised it didn't come with egg - just sausage, cheese and the croissant. I even double-checked the menu to be sure and they do have both - an option with egg and one without. He gave it a 3/5 and said it would've been much better with egg. I went with the egg and cheese on a butter croissant. It was definitely on the greasy side but that's to be expected with a croissant. We shared a sweet roll, which was pretty good but the real win for me was the free samples. They were handing out bites of their baked goods - pumpkin chocolate chip, a white chocolate cookie of some sort and a mystery muffin - and I snagged a few for us. Overall, pretty good for a quick breakfast!

Not only wasn't it crack chicken with that wonderful creamy sauce, it was Turkey - with no sauce on it. Not even mayo. And it was on plain bread. I showed it to the girl at the counter, who took it in the back to show someone and came back and said, " Yes, that's crack chicken." When I pointed out it was, in fact, TURKEY, she turned to help another customer and ignored me. So, not only is quality slipping, but so is the service. And apparently, there's a chef who doesn't know his own menu and can't tell chicken from turkey.
