This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. Closing Comment: They are professional, all communications left me feeling comfortable and they carried through with a promise of satisfaction on work done.

They did an excellent job, made sure I got a new bumper (not just a paint job), and fixed the odds and ins that broke due to the volume of animals involved (overall the vehicle did very well). This company also did an excellent detail job on my vehicle, totally unexpected surprise!!

We will be going out of town, and expected this careless mistake to be corrected asap. Sadly, it was not a priority for Safelite to correct their negligence. After much back and forth with insurance company and Safelite corporate and local manager since then, we were finally told that the part was in and we're scheduled for today, 02/10/25, to get it installed. Even got confirmation emails for the appt. Arrive to said appt today to be told the part was not in. Other than apologizing for "miscommunication" for the umpteenth time, they cannot correct THEIR mistake. We have called Regal Kia right down the road and they have the necessary part in stock to get our issue resolved. They are choosing not to.
