Made contact with Whitetail plumbing about 11 am on 3-2-26. At 2:20 two young men from Whitetail plumbing were at my door. The problem was found within 30 minutes. A broken connection between house clean out and city clean out. The plumbers were courteous and respectful. The bill was within reason for the work and parts needed. I would not hesitate to call them again.

(never had that happen before either) i called the office to speak to owner the next morning and was informed i was charged the $275 for them to leave their house and come to mine. the extra was for them to use the machine to unclog the drain and the labor. the owner had all kinds of reasons. none made sense. anyway be careful and ask lots of questions when hiring someone. The owner did tell me his machine cost $10,000 and he had to pay for that.

Cross posted review: CS Waterworks (Craig) and Two Todds…read more(Todd) Plumbing are a complete joke. Plain and simple. I will try to keep this as short as possible. Right at two years ago we contacted Two Todds Plumbing (Owner Todd) about a whole home water treatment system we read about. He suggested a "better one" and referred us to CS Waterworks that Todd himself arranged. We purchased the recommended system through CS and Todd installed it. Leonard who seemed helpful at CS and met with us was no longer working there and per Todd "had a falling out". So, here comes Todd and his crew to install the system outside (they said they knew very little about it but we trusted their knowledge) and at a location where they clearly cut corners, had no idea what they were doing, and even left the system "professionally installed" with extension cords running to an outlet outside and hanging from the screen porch. They also re-ran our main water line from the ground, to the salt system, and then into the house with 1/2 PVC piping that was laying exposed across the concrete driveway. Yes, you heard that right. We began using the system and within a month the entire house water smelled of sulfur. Never did we have that smell in almost 10 years of living here. In fact, just before this "water treatment system" was installed, we hired Todd to put in a brand new water heater. Whatever this "recommended and better system" was, it caused major issues with the water heater itself (only 4 months old) and good old Todd had to return to replace parts inside the heater he installed. Admitting that he and this system caused the issues, there was no charge for water heater repairs. Aside from this, the water system when used in the kitchen to pour a simple glass of drinking water from the spout they also installed and incorrectly, causes the entire home piping to vibrate loudly when being used for even one glass of water. Especially in the kitchen and master bedroom shower which is close in proximity to the water heater. Yes, I had many conversations with Todd and even CS and demanded a refund for the outside salt system and removal of it. They came and removed it but left the pvc piping (that they added to the house and mentioned above) completely exposed. Again, this was the main water line bringing water into our entire home. They refunded us for the salt system, but promised us it would fix the vibrating and water issues when using the reverse osmosis filters inside and in the kitchen would no longer be an issue. Well, it is still the same and still an issue. After hiring a third company to come in and fix the outside piping issues that Todd left ( they were amazed a plumbing company would even install water lines like that much less leave them when removing the system) and spending right at $6000, our system is still a mess. And, you want to know the worse part.....this system and these filters (Nelsen Corporation by Microfilter) can only be serviced and replaced by the company that purchased them and installed them!!! Thats right, CS Waterworks and Todd !! Every 6 months or so we will have to call these people, be ignored, and wait for them to replace the filters so our kids can drink a glass of water and have the home vibrate for 20 minutes afterwards. Of couse this was not disclosed to us by good old Todd when buying it. And this is after several visits and Todd replacing the water filtration system under our kitchen sink himself in hopes to fix part of the problems they created!! In closing, when speaking to Todd he was rude and arrogant about it all and even stated "we stand behind our work and systems we sell"! Really?? I asked him what that meant and silence. I have emails from Oct 2024 if anyone feels the need to read them. And here we are. At one point in time they did decent work. We used them several times before as noted here on the heater, and even referred them professionally to others. I heard at one point these companies were merging and am unsure about that, however, they are both companies you want to avoid. They are not selling you products they are familiar with and do not stand behind their work at this point in time. I hope this lengthy review helps others avoid similar issues. I have pictures on hand of the outside install.

We had used All Service before and were extremely happy with their work. Brian, the owner, on Sunday night. Bright an early Monday he arrived and was to snake the line. He wanted the water to back up, since it had drained some during the night. He turned on the tub faucet and let it run. It ran and ran, but never backed up. He said it happens sometimes after pumping the tank. He said we needed nothing else. Charged a small service fee, that would be waives if we needed anything in the future. Can't recommend his business any higher. They are total professionals, honest and very personable. I will never use anyone else!!!!

Once again, Brian and his crew did an excellent job. That's five star service right there. Brian and a couple of his crew have even assisted on a charity project of mine, lending their valuable time and expertise to a family in desperate need. I highly recommend All Service Plumbing, not only because these men do a quality job, but because they're quality humans that you'll appreciate working with. Thank you. We'll be calling again.

I'm sending this review out as a public service announcement for those who use C and C Plumbing for…read moretheir plumbing needs or plan to.   On Friday night (April 11, 2026) I had discovered a leak under my kitchen sink and called C and C Plumbing. They said they would send a person out the next day and being that it would be a Saturday, I'd have to pay the overtime rate (which happened to be an additional $25.00). That was fine. The next morning the plumber arrived and assessed the leak problem. I had explained to him that we had had a garbage disposal removed approximately a year and a half earlier by his company. After he had replaced 4 inches of PVC pipe to the sink's drain, he explained that the pipe that was attached to the sink after the garbage disposal was removed was cut too short and that between gravity and the weight of the water after time caused the pipe to detach resulting in the leak. It took 1/2 hour to complete the job. On Monday morning, (April 20) I received a bill for $152.00. When I called to tell them I thought the bill was too high, particularly since the problem was initiated by their lack of "professional" workmanship, I was told that the removal of my sink's garbage disposal happened more than a year ago and that they weren't responsible due to the time frame and I should have called sooner. What difference does the time frame make? The replacement part didn't wear out. It was improperly measured and cut and then replaced. And by the way, why would I call sooner when no problem existed? I wasn't asking for a free service call, just a fair price in their billing for something that shouldn't have happened had the initial job been done correctly. When I brought up a reduction in the bill I was told that wasn't possible and that if this bill wasn't paid, they'd refer it to a collection agency. I guess we'll see where this goes. Otherwise, the next stop will be a letter of complaint to the Better Business bureau.
