It wasn't a high priority, but it needed to be done. Here is what happened. Front-of-the House- I was touched by two very nice women. I could feel their great attitude over the phone. I could even sense their smile. I waited for ten days for an appointment because it was low priority and that was no problem. Service- Two great guys showed up. I call them the owner Erin came over and he looked at the problem and he recommended to replace the electrical panel. He scheduled the job on Tuesday morning at 9:00 two electricians show up and they started the work at about five o'clock that same day 90% of the job was done and Erin stayed for another couple of hours and finish installing a tank less water heater that was not on the original contract.
