The other technician stated that Rosnell was overcharging us and he should of told us prior to coming out that he charges. He was very unprofessional, arrogant and money hungry. So please be aware of people like Rosnell who like to abuse and take advantage of people. To make it worst, I told him who referred me, and he said if you would of told me upfront who referred you, it would have been different. What? You wouldn't of robbed me of my money? I've had multiple companies work on the same house, and it still wasn't running correctly until a simpler, more experienced solution was applied. You don't want inexperienced technicians guessing or experimenting on your system. You want someone knowledgeable who's been doing this work for a long time. Ask questions, challenge repair recommendations, and require that they put it in writing that they've correctly diagnosed the issue and that the repair will fix the problem. There's no reason you can't ask for that before approving the work.
