Well this was it, I had a need, so I called at about 11AM and the man said he he could have them here between 2-4 I said I would wait. So about 12:30 I get a call from Johnny who tells me he would be here in 15 min. Sure enough he and Steven showed up and they were polite and a pleasure to have around. They got to work and my blower motor needed to be replaced and they had one in the truck. So they checked everything and left. By 2:30 and $450 I was cooling and watching the temp. lowering in my home. Yes, I would recommend them and glad I met Freddy and this company.

They could have told me anything, but told me it was just a small part (they had on truck) Fixed it up for only $110! He did show me the inside while he had it apart and it was obvious it needed replacement(was 26 years old) Gave me a estimate and thanked me. I got 2 more estimates and they were $600 less than one other and $900 less that my neighbor. Not only did they do a top rate job but I noticed the little details, an example, the new slab for the unit was not perfectly level but ever so slightly slanted to one side so and rain, water etc. will run off. The BEST part is I put the whole job on my Home Depot card and got two years to pay with no interest so I could pay for it without touching savings or retirement accounts. I would recommend them for anybody needing HVAC work!!

This was a great decision from the beginning. The quote was competitive when comparing similar systems. The financing offer was great. The installation team was prompt, courteous and professional. Most importantly, the system was replaced in a day and operated perfectly when the crew left. A year later, the system continues to operate perfectly, we now keep the house slightly cooler than we used to and our utility bills are less! Cannot recommend the folks at Hinds more! Their Bryant product line is also simply the best for residential use on the market!
