Last night the A/C wasn't as bad but it was turning on and off every 60 seconds but it was a problem. Then this morning the A/C was turning on and off every 4-5 seconds. We called them this morning and they were out the same day. Today James Cortes was today's servicer. Prompt arrival. Quick analysis. Quick repair. Good price. They could have told me anything, but told me it was just a small part (they had on truck) Fixed it up for only $110! He did show me the inside while he had it apart and it was obvious it needed replacement(was 26 years old) Gave me a estimate and thanked me. I got 2 more estimates and they were $600 less than one other and $900 less that my neighbor. Not only did they do a top rate job but I noticed the little details, an example, the new slab for the unit was not perfectly level but ever so slightly slanted to one side so and rain,water etc. will run off. The BEST part is I put the whole job on my Home Depot card and got two years to pay with no interest so I could pay for it without touching savings or retirement accounts. I would recommend them for anybody needing HVAC work!!

It was determined that we could limp along our 15 years unit, but that soon we would have to replace our unit. We previously used Hinds when we replaced the AC 15 years ago and were extremely happy with the service then and over the years for annual maintenance and when service has been required. Hinds quoted us the option to fix the unit and various options to replace the full unit. After speaking with the owner, we decided upon one of the options that best suited our needs. The owner did not try to push any certain option and truly promoted the option that was best and most economical for us. Not only that, they were able to get the machine in and install it in just two days! This is the same great experience we had 15 years ago! Happy to say we now have cold air pumping in our home!
