Especially recently when my unit stopped working due to burnt wiring. Which they repaired but when it happened again they came out right away and fixed it without charge. But unfortunately the problem persisted for a 3rd time and although it was repaired once again, due to starting intense cancer treatment next week and therefore wanting to be sure the unit wouldn't stop working during it, when I asked them to, they kindly sent another tech to do an in-depth check of the unit free of charge. In other words, not only are they reputable but they're compassionate as well.

Last night the A/C wasn't as bad but it was turning on and off every 60 seconds but it was a problem. Then this morning the A/C was turning on and off every 4-5 seconds. We called them this morning and they were out the same day. Today James Cortes was today's servicer. Prompt arrival. Quick analysis. Quick repair. Good price. They could have told me anything, but told me it was just a small part (they had on truck) Fixed it up for only $110! He did show me the inside while he had it apart and it was obvious it needed replacement(was 26 years old) Gave me a estimate and thanked me. I got 2 more estimates and they were $600 less than one other and $900 less that my neighbor. Not only did they do a top rate job but I noticed the little details, an example, the new slab for the unit was not perfectly level but ever so slightly slanted to one side so and rain,water etc. will run off. The BEST part is I put the whole job on my Home Depot card and got two years to pay with no interest so I could pay for it without touching savings or retirement accounts. I would recommend them for anybody needing HVAC work!!

It was determined that we could limp along our 15 years unit, but that soon we would have to replace our unit. We previously used Hinds when we replaced the AC 15 years ago and were extremely happy with the service then and over the years for annual maintenance and when service has been required. Hinds quoted us the option to fix the unit and various options to replace the full unit. After speaking with the owner, we decided upon one of the options that best suited our needs. The owner did not try to push any certain option and truly promoted the option that was best and most economical for us. Not only that, they were able to get the machine in and install it in just two days! This is the same great experience we had 15 years ago! Happy to say we now have cold air pumping in our home! All technicians were professional and efficient. This business has consistently been excellent for us for 15 years and we highly recommend Hinds Heating and Cooling.

I called the company to try to get an estimate on a replacement of the air conditioner. They asked me to provide pictures so I did, and they say it will get back to me on estimate tomorrow which is Sunday I had to contact him several times to ask him. I'm still waiting for a estimate we're working on it we're working on it and then after they told me they don't service the brand I want it but I told him I first text him I could buy the air conditioning units or sauce them out the air conditioning units and they just told me they don't work with unreliable, unprofessional people. They didn't work on it. They just trying to blow you off on a Sunday afternoon or Sunday. They're at home all they have to say yes to working on Monday and will give you or talk to you or get more details very unprofessional or they will say. A couple minutes ago they trying to justify the actions we don't work on these units and they could've said this from the beginning and be upfront about it that's all
