Bill the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with! He had a wealth of knowledge and experience and was candid and transparent about the product and installation process. No pressure to buy, just direct answers to numerous questions I had in a very timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with! Louis and crew did an outstanding job installing the windows over two days. They draped most of the house in plastic and covered all the floors to ensure there was no mess left behind. He even cleaned the street curb with his shop vacuum! They were truly skilled craftsmen. James, the owner, and Matt were also at the house on several occasions to ensure everything ran smoothly and ensured complete customer satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with the high quality, fully insulated, double hung windows. Great work Factory Direct Windows and Doors!

Wow. I feel good there are still some old fashioned St Cloud businesses that care about customers…read more I had an unusual request-make a temporary outside rear view mirror for my car. I hit a trash can on the side of the road when a truck decided to head into my lane. At any rate, they didn't really have this as a service, but asked for the old one as a template and cut a new one. And charged less than $20. Once the "real" mirror with the electronics came in, they even replaced it and didn't ask for a cent! Of course I gave them a tip. But they were truly kind, and efficient. I hope I have a chance to use them for a bigger job one day.

Thankfully, Patriot Glass Repair swept in and saved the day! Scheduling online was super simple, and their communication was on point every step of the way. On the big day, the technician arrived right on time, removed the shattered pane in record speed, and replaced it with brand-new glass--before I could even utter "lava lamp accident." Everything was quick, clean, and, best of all, way more affordable than I expected. If you ever find yourself in a similar--let's call it "heated"--situation, look no further than Patriot Glass Repair. They kept the process totally painless, and now both my window and mischievous lava lamp are happily coexisting again (in different rooms). Five stars for saving me from a total meltdown! (Attached are "Before" and "After" photos, plus the devious lava lamp that started it all!)

Spoke to Emma of Central Florida Glass on needing my shower door realigned so it would close…read moreproperly. It was off at the bottom of the door and was banging against the glass panel. Also required a bit of caulking in the shower. I shared shower door photos with Emma and we setup a repair date. The cost would be $275 with half paid in advance. Emma was excellent using text messaging to communicate. She indicated that any parts would be at an extra cost. On the day the shower tech arrived he was pleasant, on time and answered my questions. He completed the fix in 30 minutes or less. I was only charged the original $275, no parts were needed. Two weeks later my door is still working fine so I thank them for their prompt on time service and repair. I'd be happy to use them again if the need arises.
