Wow. I feel good there are still some old fashioned St Cloud businesses that care about customers. I had an unusual request-make a temporary outside rear view mirror for my car. I hit a trash can on the side of the road when a truck decided to head into my lane. At any rate, they didn't really have this as a service, but asked for the old one as a template and cut a new one. And charged less than $20. Once the "real" mirror with the electronics came in, they even replaced it and didn't ask for a cent! Of course I gave them a tip. But they were truly kind, and efficient. I hope I have a chance to use them for a bigger job one day. read more

Their entire team was a pleasure to work with, top notch and great professionalism from the office personnel to the crew that came out to measure and install. They are the best!!! I inherited a beautiful large mirror encased in an intricate hand made wood design and it fell and mirror was destroyed, they were the only ones that were able to make it for us and at a fair price! Others, once they looked at the wooden casing saw $$$$! and quoted outrageous prices!! I reached out to four different glass companies. One I could not get through to, the phone rang and rang, never an answer after three tries. The second I was able to leave a message, never received a reply. The third went through an entire sales process and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they were a no show. I called and they said, "Sorry, we don't service your area". Then we encountered Bridgett from Osceola Glass. She went above and beyond to help us complete our project. Working with different vendors, she made it happen. She provided communication and customer service you just don't experience anymore. read more

I called Osecola Glass two weeks ago and tried to schedule an appointment. I was told that they would call me back and schedule a time to send someone out the next day. The next day I was told the next week. Finally, two weeks later, I received a voicemail from them that they would send someone out from 9 to 11 the following day. I called back five minutes later, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. I called the next morning and was told they had to move my appointment because "things came up" and they would try to "send someone out tomorrow" and would have to call me "tomorrow to let you know the time." The lack of professionalism, a lack of a timely response, and thinking that it is okay to make a person wait around for them, is what caused me to give them one star. I will be going with a different window repair company. read more

We tried to call this company today about our patio doors and at first they were a little helpful but as we had to call back several times because we were relying messages as a go between another company and the person was not very helpful and actually got really rude at the end basically ending the conversation with we can't help you and don't call us again. They were too busy but as a company that deals with the public she could have been a lot nicer when dealing with the public. Funny we have been thinking of getting new windows in the bedrooms and was going to also ask for an estimate when she got that rude we will not do business with a company that treats guests like that on the phone. read more

Called on a Monday regarding sliding patio door that was shattered and needed replacement. Had techs out same day for measurements. Yay. Tuesday comes, no call regarding estimate cost. I Call on Wednesday to be told they needed to have another tech get measurements because the size seemed odd and wanted to double check. Thursday comes, no call. I call again on Friday to be told they haven't done the second measurement but then proceeded to tell me it would be "about $1000". Seemed like they just wanted to shut me up lol. I ended up replacing the entire sliding doors for $140 each on my own. So basically my experience was waiting an entire week to be told a crazy price. Yikessss read more
