I used these fine folks for the first time today and it definitely won't be the last!…read more Once or twice a year I have my car detailed. I used to bring it somewhere to have it done but I find mobile detailers much more convenient. These guys responded to my online quote request within minutes. I was scheduled the next day with a thirty-minute arrival window and they arrived on time. They looked at my ride and said it would take about an hour. They proceeded to swarm my car with all kinds of pressure washers, vacuums, and potions. It did indeed take about an hour. You would swear my car came right out of the showroom! Maybe even better than that! The tab was $40, and I didn't even need to leave my condo. Sweet! You can bet I'll be reaching out to them again when I need an excellent detailing at a great price!

We had 2 large shades installed about a year ago.($4,500 worth) The solar shades have worked…read moreintermittently since day one. Techs have been out 3 or 4 times for the same issue. The last time they told us that the solar panels should have been installed on top of roof/gutter to have a constant charge. we were originally told we only needed to charge them a few times a year. No manual was left for us. They sent us an invoice for $145.00 for the service call. We responded in an email that we were not going to pay it since they failed to install the solar panels properly when installed. We did not get a response until we received a second demand for payment. Would be great if the owner would respond professionally to us instead of ignoring our concern. AND one of the solar shades STILL DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. I doubt anyone would agree to pay for a product not installed correctly and not working as it should. Looking for a garage Skeeter Beater to be installed soon but will not use this company since they do not stand behind their services or product.

Front tires were recaps and he had someone drive the truck to us. We did get a new tarp system and paint job. They painted over everything the hydraulic hoses, even the glass that shows the hydraulic oil level. The tail lights were falling out and taped in place and did not work properly. We took it to the Mack dealer in Charlotte to have the hood ornament and the nob for the handle replaced and a new bumper and to have the lights fixed. $4800.00 for that. Then we had to replace all 10 tires $8000.00 It is now at another Mack dealer to fix air leaks and oil leaks. We have not been able to use this truck yet. The break chambers were not hooked up. The lift cylinders both have to be replaced at CES at the cost of $6,575.14. The bill at the Mack dealer where it is at now is $7,089.05

Here is why 5 stars for me:…read more Our car - 2018 Subaru Outback Insurance - a provider for Geico Claims Claims - Put to Geico as 2 claims and approved for 1 - Primary claim - front end impact to another car at a red light who hit her brakes to early and hard on a yellow light 2 - self-inflicted damage with a mailbox - side of car Service story: On the primary claim - we had a walkthrough on the nature of the damage, what would involve new body parts and what needed body work otherwise. This gave the opportunity to ask questions which they covered with clarifications. They made sure each incoming part was the correct fit. Took sending those that were not right back to the supplier. In 1 case meant getting the lamp replacement part from Subaru direct. We were picked up at their location for the temporary rental with Enterprise and were able to leave the rental at the body shop when we picked up our car. This was convenient. On the 2nd Claim: Damages - Impact to driver mirror cracked outer mirror body, dents and scratches to multiple body parts including a poor attempt of a person I hired to cover the scratches (who made it worse) Outcome: - new mirror put on car - great body work and match on paint blending - 64 West Collision worked with budgeting best deal for all Follow On: - you always don't see the small details at pick-up. In our case we had two spots that only needed paint thinner to solve. With the primary claim, a small mark due to taping and with the second claim, a small area due to overspray from the guy I hired to touch up the scratches. Closing Comment: They are professional, all communications left me feeling comfortable and they carried through with a promise of satisfaction on work done.
