That said, 100% missed the mark on my estimate. 100% quoted $1,575 for a job that wound up costing $325. 100% plumbing's solution was so different that I question their integrity. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Total time involved in the entire process was just a hair under 12 hours. I mean come on, that's service! And realistically it would have been way under 12 hours if I hadn't had additional issues that yes I was aware of and yes he picked up on instantly. So he ended up having to go to the plumbing supply house and turn off the water at the street, both of which were not necessary if he was only doing what I initially asked for. But no! He said "absolutely I can fix that" and ended up staying until around 7pm. 100% recommend Arvin's! Attaching pics not because you care about my water heater but because you can tell by looking at someone's work that they genuinely love what they do and want to be awesome at it.

Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
