They were the cheerleaders she didn't know she needed and they absolutely nailed her hair. What started as one of the worst days of her life turned into one of the best. While I have many complaints, the main one is that I did not like my haircut, and even after I tried to ask the stylist to fix it, I was rushed out looking terrible. My haircut was 14 minutes with no wash/shampoo, no blow dry and no products. I was told that the cut would be dry because of my hair type. My hairstylist was Rita who said that my hair type is best cut with dry hair. I have never had that in the past, but I trusted her experience. However, I was very disappointed that she cut my hair so quickly and then didn't ask me if I liked it, I felt like she was pushing me out the door. I have long hair and asked for many layers, lots of layers that are visible and she did not give me that. I had her add more in and asked her to fix a few things 5/6 times, which she did, but with the attitude that I was bothering her. Her cuts are $75 dollars and that's an unfair price for the experience I got. My next complaint is partly due to the coronavirus but it still left a negative taste in my mouth. I called on Friday for an appointment and was told the salon was finally able to use the blow dryers, but to schedule early in the day because they sometimes ran out of sanitized brushes near the end of the day. I came in for my Saturday appointment and Rita told me that was not the case, no blowdrys. I told her that the receptionist told me differently, and her only response was "oh she knows". Therefore my hair looked extremely sad due to the lack of wash/blow dry and products. Overall, I felt very unwelcomed at this salon. I don't like my hair at all and I don't recommend Rita as a stylist.

My fiancee did lots of research and heard a lot about Bleach Please and how they did wonderful when it came to vibrant dye jobs. My stylist was Chad and I have nothing but kind words about the patience and hard work put into fixing my hair. Chad put in about five hours of work to cut, bleach, and color correct the mess I was living with, and give me the galaxy hair I wanted. I'm normally really shy when it comes to getting my hair cut but Chad and the other staff were really kind and we chatted about my hair, the cosplay I was getting my hair done for, and all kinds of stuff and so the hours went by quickly. The shampoo and conditioner that they recommended have been working much better for me than the shampoo I got at Sally's. I'm honestly surprised at how vibrant my hair is still. I get so many compliments on my hair and every time someone asks where I go tit done I tell them Chad from Bleach Please. I'm excited to go back and get it touched up.

I am extremely picky about who I let bleach my hair as I have a unique hair type and try my best to keep it as healthy as possible. It didn't take long and I finally got to be seated and start my appointment.
