If Tabitha Coffey had sent me as a secret shopper she would have been beside herself…read more My fiancé purchased a nice spa package gift card for me from Anthony's. 1 spa pedicure and 1 spa manicure and a 25 min massage. I arrived 5 minutes early and the entrance is very confusing. When you walk in its loud and there are hair stylists running around to your right. You have to walk across twenty feet of products and a lot of chairs before someone will acknowledge you or offer an answers for where to go. Tiffany greeted me- she was the only good thing about this experience she was kind and helpful. I said I had an apt at 330 and she led me through a maze of the building back into a relaxation room. This room was very dark had two couches and she told me to wait there for Hannah. So I sit down and for the first ten minutes I just wait for Hannah to come find me. For the second twenty minutes I sat back there I became more and more convinced I wouldn't be helped anytime soon. At one point someone who I assume to be a staff member saw me there and just walked in and left. Then I noticed all the cups on the table in front of me and realized I was sitting in their break room. Very awkward. So at 30 minutes waiting I'm completely annoyed I've wasted time away from my family and no one even checks in to say Hannah is almost done blah blah. So I walk back to the front desk and they have this way of - oh wow you're still here and not being helped hmmm- so I say look I've been waiting for 30 minutes I'm not going to wait any longer when clearly there is no end in sight and hopefully if I leave the next person won't have to wait for 30 minutes or more for services. I was able to have the gift card refunded because quite frankly the thought of going back was beyond my tolerance and to support them by just letting the gift card go is too Much. Very very disappointing experience. Communication is key and keeping track of timely services are crucial. Increase the time of appointments so you don't fall so far behind because that's unacceptable. Especially on a Saturday you should have more people working to fulfill the need. The relaxation room felt dirty and creepy and if I had turned on the overhead light I'm sure dirt and grime would be there.

The only thing I didn't know is not to wash my hair and arrive with it wet for an updo. you should arrive with clean, dry hair. Kendall shared it takes more time as now it had to be dried .. I offered to just do the blowout, but she was very sweet and OK with sticking to the updo plan. Both of our hairs receive lots of compliments at the wedding that night. Highly recommend the place and sylists.

I'm in the middle of a house remodel so it was crazy trying to find time to let Riley know. I finally sent her text and pics about 10 days later. She got me in Friday and tried to redo that area and was going to send me out with a wet head!? I didn't come in with a wet head why would I leave with one. You missed a vital area on my hair. So they asked if I was getting blow dried!? Well, yuhhh since I came in with dried hair. So this is irritating because as a salon why would you not want your client leave looking great than with a wet head of hair. So much to my dismay one girl started blow drying me because my stylist had a haircut in the chair. So then the girl who started had to get to her client. Then another did partial and had to get back to her client. Then Riley 20 min later semi finished my hair dried. I get to the front to pay for an $18 brow wax and I'm told $40 for my blow dry!! ?? WOW... just WOW! And notice the brown streak still in my hair!
