The next stylist I saw said this haircut is terrible, it's not blended at all. Yes I realize the haircut is bad. I wish stylists wouldn't embark on a haircut they can't do. It's frustrating to get a haircut and have the next person go, yikes. The best thing would have been for her to tell me, I don't do shorter hair or I can't cut your hair but don't say I do precision haircuts because there wasn't anything precise about my cut. I feel bad leaving this because she was very sweet and she definitely tried, but I expect someone with 30 years of experience to do a great job or to tell me they can't cut my hair. I typically will let my hair grow out for several months... and in 5 weeks I was in desperate need of a haircut. It's great she has loyal clientele. Her layering was completely off.I don't know. My stylist finished early and was calling her next client to see if they could come in sooner, so I was surprised to see an additional $20 charge for covering my roots. I've never been charged an extra fee for this at any other salon. I also purchased a bottle of shampoo that was 25% off. When I was checking out, I thought the shampoo was being separated from my service total, but apparently it wasn't, so I ended up tipping on the shampoo as well. There was also an additional charge of approximately $10 on my receipt that I still can't identify or explain. To be clear, Olya was great and did a phenomenal job on my hair. I was very happy with the result. However, the pricing and unexpected additional charges were disappointing. If you're considering this salon, I would strongly recommend asking for a detailed breakdown of pricing beforehand. Unless you're prepared to spend quite a bit, there may be more reasonably priced options elsewhere.

I asked Nicole if she could do a simple cap highlights, and cut, and cut/color match a light weight topper I purchased, she said she could. The appt was very expensive at $250; but, I felt the added topper work was ALMOST worth it. However, while Nicole's ASSISTANTwas doing the cap highlights, and she was doing NOTHING as she had finished for the day, Nicole said she wanted to do the topper at a later appt. I reluctantly agreed for her convenience! Then at the completion of my new ORANGE hair, this SCAMMER had the audacity to still charged me the ENTIRE $250, for ONLY simple cap highlights, on THIN hair!
