This place is so cute, the service was so good as well very sweet girls and when I didn't like my coffee drink she had no problem making it the way I wanted and had a smile on her face the whole time. They have the cutest way they give the kids their donuts and cute little plates. The sausage and egg croissant was yummy it wasn't greasy like other ones I've had. Will definitely take the kids here again for our donut days. The only suggestion I have to the owner is to get oat milk or almond milk for those who can't have dairy for there coffee drinks.

We've gotten donuts here a couple times and every single time is the same great quality. I love their donut holes and Vietnamese coffee is on point. They also offer cronuts, which is a cross between a croissant and a donut. They're super crunchy and not overbearingly sweet, pairs well with coffee. We also have had their donuts, they are fresh and delicious. I plan to try their other offered drinks later, but the Vietnamese coffee has been my go to. Highly recommend if you're in the cypress area and want some donuts.

    Kronuts.... Yum

This is one of my favorite donut spots that I have found so far. The lady at the counter is always so friendly and inviting. She is very sweet and is a reason why I like to go there. This is also the first place I have ever tried a kronut. By far it is now my favorite donut and I really feel like I have been missing out . The donut shop is cute . They have plenty of things to choose from when it comes to selection. Their blueberry donuts are also a big hit in our house too . I also like that I can get points every time I visit and I can eventually get something off their point system .

I am disgusted! I was eating my Apple Fritter and felt something unusual in the dough, I spit it out and this is what it was...a FINGER NAIL! Gross. Won't be back!

Best donuts ever and the decorate for occasions. The donuts are delicious. You just try the Vietnamese coffee, hot or cold.

    Chapel Hill & Cheese Kolache

Kolaches are good but the prices are insane! I'm not sure if the kolache market boomed like housing but man these used to be $1-2 and now they're $4. The small sausage & cheese is $1.99 and it is worth it, the Chappel Hill and Sausage, Egg, and Cheese are right under $4 and while the Chappel Hill is a very quality sausage and may be considered worth the price, the sausage egg and cheese is absolutely not. Look at the filling in it! There's barely any so you pay $4 for bread. The taste is good but no longer an affordable quick bite.

Birthday Donuts from Southern Maid Donuts!

Nov. 18 , 2020 visit: Went in to order birthday donuts for my youngest. The place is very clean, a face covering is required to enter, there's plexiglass to separate the attendant and the customer, attendant also wearing mask. The lady behind the register was very friendly and accommodating. I told her what I wanted and she showed me options of colors they can do for the birthday donuts - so many to choose from. Each donut was $2. Pickup was for Nov. 22. After I placed the order, she even gifted me with a few donuts to take home for the kids. They also have a rewards program. Upon pickup on 11/22... service was great and donuts were ready at 8am. They gave us a few sheets of "donut paper" (I don't know what it's called) big enough so we can display the donuts at home. Great experience, great prices, delicious donuts! This is now out go-to donut place.

We all know the Houston weather, it doesn't get any cooler. Although, at the patio, you can see curious chickens roaming around your tables, which is cute and entertaining. We sat in a hot day of July, in the patio. I drank enough melted iced water for the whole week. Service was super caring. Many check-ins, many reassurances that she didn't forget our orders. My friend and I were having the best time in catching up. Food was lean. Smoothies tasted so good. My friend loves their coffee there. I wish I had the energy to visit the surroundings of the restaurant. But given how hot it was, I had to leave this for another day. Parking isn't the easiest but keep in mind this is a popular spot! I really appreciate this unique concept to remind us where the food comes from. Highly recommend, as long as you have a lot of patience !

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and I will say our server was very nice and welcoming. One thing we immediately noticed, though, was that the menu prices were crossed out and changed. The waitress explained that prices have been fluctuating, but it did feel a little unpolished and confusing seeing gouged-out pricing on multiple items. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, and my wife got the South of the Border omelet. We also had the roasted potatoes, which ended up being a very small portion. My main issue was that several items listed (or expected) didn't come as described. The quesadilla was supposed to come with sour cream and pico, but they weren't served on the side. We were told the pico was inside the quesadilla, which wasn't noted on the menu. Additionally, both dishes had raw, unsautéed onions mixed into the scrambled eggs. That wasn't listed in the description, and I personally don't like raw onions, so it definitely affected the meal for me. I think ingredients like that should be clearly stated. The cheese sauce tasted like standard heated nacho cheese and was very runny, not what we expected from a breakfast dish. The sour cream also tasted off. Overall, while the service was friendly, the food and menu presentation didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, we probably won't be returning.

When it showed up I was amazed by the large pile of food. As I began to eat though, I started to get disappointed. I cut into my fried egg expecting it to run all over my plate, but it seems like it was cooked somewhere between over medium and over hard. I was looking for tasting the hot honey, which appears to be under the dish as opposed to on top of it. I was looking forward to a soft fluffy biscuit, but it too was over hard. The Chicken was well cooked, a bit thin, and I'm not sure that the breading tasted anything more like Captain crunch than it did any other breading. However every time I cut into it the breading kind of just fell off into the gravy. The gravy and potatoes were redeeming, with good flavor gravy and well cooked potatoes. Overall, it wasn't bad, I ate it all, I just expected better for my $17.
