Their service person was courteous and very competent in performing what to me is a very complex service panel and troubleshooting service call. His charges were extremely reasonable for the tasks he performed.Additionally, shortly after his initial service call, I experienced an unrelated electrical issue caused inadvertently by a different craft repair person.I called Burke again . Their serviceman arrived the next morning, and immediately restored the electrical service to a room that I had spent many trying hours trying to fix myself. When asked what I owed, he said that it was so easy to fix that he didn't charge me and left for what was a great, but profitable day.
