I've been a customer of MEER ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS INC. for many years, and today's experience…read morereminded me why I continue to call them whenever I need electrical work. Felipe and Stiven installed a Square D HEPD80 whole-home surge protector, which they explained is the brand they routinely recommend and install. Square D has an excellent reputation, so I felt confident knowing they use a trusted, high-quality product. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The cost was a great value, coming in under $500. Felipe and Stiven were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. Another reason I keep coming back to MEER is the convenience of their on-site U-Haul rental. I've rented from them many times over the years, and the service has always been just as outstanding as their electrical work. It's hard to find companies that consistently deliver this level of professionalism and customer service, but MEER has done it for me year after year. I highly recommend them for any electrical needs. Five stars!

That evaluation was part of several issues that led me to run away from a money-trap property. Eventually, I found a home to purchase and have used Kennon for HVAC work since. My AC decided it was time for a stunt in the middle of the hottest week of the summer on July 3rd. Kennon was running holiday hours and staff for the weekend, not surprisingly, but they still managed to work me in and quickly replaced the capacitor. Christopher was quick and very kind.

I'm rating a 2 only because I don't know what their actual work is like but I was slightly upset…read morewith Frost Fix when I had an emergency need to get a refrigerator fixed and I had called upon Frost Fix and another company. The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.

I'm thankful the tree was there, or the truck would likely have gone all the way downhill through our fence and into a pond. Our neighbor called my husband and the police. One of the owners of this business also came, and he was very apologetic while the police were there. We were told that All In One also has a tree service, and they would take down the tree they hit for free. The tree has a chunk out of the base. When I called a day later to set that up, the same owner was no longer apologetic nor polite. He told me that they were too booked up to schedule anything for us. When I asked if they would pay for someone else to take it down, he laughed and said he wasn't paying for someone to take down an old sweet gum tree. He was so rude and unpleasant that we decided we don't want them on our property anyway and will just wait and see what happens with the tree. I'm thankful there wasn't any significant damage or injury, but I would definitely not recommend dealing with this company due to their faulty equipment, dishonesty, and terrible attitude.
