I called and spoke with Chris for nearly ten minutes on October 27, 2022 (see screengrab). He asked me a series of questions about my crawlspace and attic -- as he pulled up my home on Google Maps. He then promised to send me a quote within the next day. He did not. I called back on November 2 (again, see screen-shot). This time, Chris was more curt. He didn't seem to remember chatting on the 27th. Fine. I outlined the specs on my house once again. He, oddly, asked if I sent plans over. It was odd to hear I needed to send plans to get a quote for insulation on a house less than 1000 sf. He never asked for plans on October 27. Overall, he frankly acted putout by the idea of giving a quote. And maybe that's why I never got one: even after calling and answering Chris's questions twice. Can't help but feel maybe C&R is only good for a certain type of client? Maybe friends and family?

I requested to do another energy audit because the initial evaluation didnt provide CFM readings from Living Room and Dining room which is a colder area of the house. He was going to charge another $595 for another full audit, I asked for a discount and he said no. He said its not needed as he has all the information. When I agreed, he emails me back the following day to cancel because I had previously hired another provider due to Budget reasons. I find it disappointing that service would be refused based on my past decision to explore other options. This approach doesn't reflect the level of customer care I would expect.

Look at this, she told me that the insurance company would only replace two shutters when I lost most of them. She said that how does the bravado group know If my house had more than two shutters? I lost my mind, I said I found them and put them in a pile , you can see the holes inside in the brick, and I have a picture of the house with the shutters in it. She wanted to argue with me. I asked for a copy of inspection report, she said that she would get back to me...... I called back and she wanted to give me more grief. I said your fired and called the insurance company and had them remove these clowns from my account. They are hot garbage, stay away from their circus. They are not worth the hassle. Jose came out to the house to inspect he skylight which included him getting up on a ladder to the second floor. After checking things out he provided me with an estimate for the repair. Fast foreword to the repair, the gentleman came (I cannot remember his name but he was nice and professional). He was able to complete the repairs in a few hours and thankfully the process was pretty straight foreword so it didn't require any extra materials. I was relieve to find a contractor that could work on the skylight and get that repaired since I wasn't expecting have to deal with that issue. I would certainly use them again should I need any roofing work.

I got special permission to telework so I could be here. Literally less than 1 hour before the appointment, I got a call from John asking if I can reschedule. I told him that I could not but I was not able to talk so I called him back about 30 minutes later. I made it clear that I was very unhappy about this because I had taken the day to have him come over. John said, "I'm not gonna make a bid deal about this. I'm telling you we're not coming today and do you want to reschedule?" I was very disappointed as his tone was clearly dismissive. There was no explanation as to why this happened or an attempt to be apologetic. If this is the kind of interaction I get when I'm trying to decide to hire you, what will it be like when I've already given you guys a deposit? It's too bad because the reason I reached out to them was because of friend of mine had a good experience with them. These guys ought to realize the importance of personal references. Mine won't be good!
