Showed him what we planned on doing and he said ok. They came and installed the pool heater and never called to schedule it. When I got home and saw that it was installed, I spoke with Duncan, the manager and he said that it was installed, but did not work because the gas was not enough to the pool heater. They replaced the sand in the filter and lots of sand got into the pool and left a mess outside. I called and texted with the Owner and Duncan and they would not respond. The only way to get their attention was holding payment. They blame everyone except for themself. Needless to say they lost a client forever.

For the first time in years, I've spent less money and used far fewer chemicals while maintaining a clean, clear pool. They helped me get rid of an algae problem with just one treatment. In previous years, working with other pool companies, I fought algae all summer long without success. I also want to mention that the employee some people complain about has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my experience. I believe that what some people may perceive as rudeness is simply a misunderstanding of her accent and communication style. I also was taken back in the beginning. I highly recommend Leslie's Pools to anyone looking to save money, use fewer chemicals, and finally get their pool under control.
