I want to give a big thank you to the team at Leslie's Pools for helping me keep my pool in great shape this year. For the first time in years, I've spent less money and used far fewer chemicals while maintaining a clean, clear pool. They helped me get rid of an algae problem with just one treatment. In previous years, working with other pool companies, I fought algae all summer long without success. I also want to mention that the employee some people complain about has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my experience. I believe that what some people may perceive as rudeness is simply a misunderstanding of her accent and communication style. I also was taken back in the beginning. 9-16-25 I DON'T recommend this pool supply store. the lady that runs this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called because the motor-pump quit working. She claimed it's not under warranty. Even though I tried getting simple information. She screamed and yelled at me and then hung up on me. This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. read more

Horrible customer service. Female from up north with a thick accent maybe Boston or New York with a nasty attitude walked in. She rolled her eyes at me asked us for a telephone number. It was already on the bottles which every store we've ever gone and just scans it and it pulls it right up. She was talking to me like I owed her for pain and suffering in her life. Gave her the telephone number she grabbed both of the bottles and again with a nasty tone why the heck are these warm. Do not use this company. Customer service is terrible. No one ever returns a phone call. I had a heater put in last year. The heater started leaking right after they installed it. I called to get someone out to fix it. I was told it would be a couple weeks. They fixed it. Started leaking again from the same place. I cannot get a return a phone call. I finally got someone on the phone. She was not in the United States. I was told I would have to call the manufacture of the heater. The reason I bought the heater through Leslie was because I would get an extra year on the warranty. After doing some investigating I found out they plumbed the heater wrong. Leslie's is customer no service. read more

Terrible. I have always followed what these people have told me. I put what I was told in the pool. I went back five days later and was told I needed to drain half my pool because the chemicals and salt were so high. It cost $500 to do all this and Leslie's just wanted to argue me along the lines of it not being their fault. They suck. read more

I recently moved into the area. I bought a house with a pool. I found a receipt from Leslie's with the previous owner's pool supplies. I noticed that the address was nearby so I stopped in to get a few things. They seem to always have what I need. I have been in several times now and the employees are always friendly and helpful. They are in the shopping center with Best Buy. There is plenty of parking there and I can usually park in front of their shop. read more

My name is Ted and I have been coming to Leslies on Cobb Parkway for several years now. I have seen several managers run the store on Cobb Parkway but Tim the current manager has been the best in all the years I've been coming to Leslies. I have built a relationship with Tim and Deb,the assistant manager and every time I walk into the store it is such a pleasant experience. Tim has been so knowledgeable and helpful with anything that I need I would hire him at my business given the opportunity. Poor customer service! They lie about your water tests to sell you chemicals you dont need! And will NOT RETURN THEM.BBB has an open complain we have evidence on water tests DO NOT BUY THESE CHEMICALS They will damage your liner(which is what they want) read more

Customer service is not speedy by any means. But they definitely know what they're talking about when it comes to water. I struggled for 2 1/2 weeks with green cloudy water when I first open my pool has a new owner. I finally took a friends advice and took a water sample to Leslie. They performed a water test and ran all my information through their system and gave me a print out of instructions and a list of chemicals that I needed for my pool. I will admit I was a bit skeptical. However, I followed the instructions and added the chemicals as listed on the instructions. Within 3 1/2 days my water went from green cloudy to a crystal clear blue. I have to admit I was shockingly surprised by the results. They may not be fast, but they know what they are doing. read more

This morning I went in the Acworth, GA Leslie Pool store to get a replacement for a filter gasket. I took a picture of the valve and showed this to the sales person and asked if this gasket that they had in stock was the correct gasket (she didn't even look up the number or look at the picture). "yes that's it" was all I got and paid for the gasket with her professional help. After purchasing the gasket from the store with a $10.00 discount because of points that I'd accumulated, my price was a little over $6.00. I got home and took the older gasket out of the valve in which I had to totally destroy, and found that the gasket that Leslie's had sold me without even looking up the correct number was the wrong size. I went back to the store and Jonathon looked up the number for correct gasket and informed that they don't have any gaskets in stock and that I would have to wait a week or two, or order on line. He did give me back the $6 but I lost the $10.00 discount. I came home and had to order on line with an over night charge of $45.00. I called the help line which is really the "no help line". Overseas help line in which I could barely understand the person on the other line. I was discounted. Bottom line; if your looking for service and good quality sales persons, don't use Leslie's in Acworth. read more

Tim @ Leslie's on Cobb in Acworth, went over & above with his customer service. We had some issues with our pool & Tim was helpful with his knowledge & experience in pools. We live closer to a diff Leslie's but we will do the extra drive for Tims help. read more
