    Hamburger, fries and fried okra.

Huge handmade hamburger patties perfectly cooked with a soft Kaiser bun. The fries were good and the okra crispy.

Small town breakfast/lunch diner with wonderful breakfast food! Pancakes are delicious. Western loaded hashbrowns are also tasty. Their deluxe breakfast is best breakfast deal I have seen with a biscuit & gravy, hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, bacon, and a pancake. You will leave satisfied.

This place is just my speed. Great food, friendly service, no frills. Tuna sandwich was good. Onion rings were superior. Burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and well-seasoned. Would love to eat here again.

Perfect spot to refill the belly after a morning of digging for diamonds up the road, Southern Dine had great service, we got our food fast, and the staff was handling in-person diners as well as a busy drive-thru line. The sweet tea is great; sandwiches are all served on Texas toast; and the "Cajun fries" are cooked fresh to order. If you love local places to eat when visiting somewhere new, this is the spot for you!

We decided to eat here for breakfast on our mini-vacation to Murfreesboro, and we were not disappointed. Of course, due to COVID, the restaurant was short staff; however, our waitress was so wonderful, and the food came out quickly. The food was so fresh and delicious, and the biscuit seriously melted in my mouth. Great diner and a must to try!

Double Cheese burger!!! Fresh meat patty.

My absolute favorite thing in the store was the selection of hats -- especially the hilarious animal hats with ears that pop up and down when you squeeze the dangling paws. They were adorable little girls hats. I was thankful for my great-nephews because if I had great-nieces, we would have spent way more money in this store than intended LOL. Beyond the hats, they had a little bit of everything: old-school candy, toys, snacks, sandwiches, souvenirs, and Blue Bell Ice Cream. It definitely has that classic small-town variety store feel that's becoming harder and harder to find. One of our Arkansas family members treated us to ice cream, and mine was delicious. I went with strawberry in a waffle cone while my daughter chose cherry vanilla. One thing I found both funny and interesting -- all the cone options were the same price. The larger waffle cone cost the same as the smaller sugar cone, which means...obviously go big if you can because you can fit way more ice cream in it for the same cost. Cute little stop with personality, nostalgia, and some genuinely unique finds.

Although we didn't find any diamonds, we were still very hungry and thirsty. We walked in and were greeted and quickly brought to a table. We were also handed menus which showed simple American type food. They had soda, tea, coffee, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, etc. the sides were potato salad, macaroni, tater tots, fries, slaw, etc. Everything was fairly cheap and sounded appetizing. We both got ice waters, and the 1/4 lb burgers with cheese and everything on them. We also ordered the sweet potato tater tots. Yes, you heard that right! We were curious because we had never heard of them. After about 8-10 minutes we got our food. The burger was great. Everything was juicy and fresh. Not a life changing burger but I had reasonable expectations for flavors. The sweet potato tater tots were different but quite good! They weren't crunchy like regular tots. They had a great sweet potato flavor and almost like a corn flake mixture. I wish they were crunchier but I'd still order the same thing again. I highly recommend it! Not amazing or spectacular food but great service and very cozy place to relax and rehydrate after mining. It's also very affordable. Hope you had better luck mining than we did!

This definitely checked the box for atmosphere. The space is cute and welcoming with a mix of tables for working, couches for relaxing, and little boutique-style shopping areas along the walls with clothing, gifts, jewelry, books, and more. It was quiet during our visit aside from one family with small children, which made it a nice spot to sit and chat. I ordered an iced caramel latte, my daughter got a soda (served in the can with a cup of ice), and pricing felt comparable to Starbucks or Dunkin -- which I don't mind at all when supporting a local business. Unfortunately, the biggest downside was noticing flies inside the covered container with the beignets/donut holes. I understand bugs happen, especially in smaller towns and warmer weather, but it immediately turned us off from ordering any snacks or food items. The latte itself was just OK, nothing especially memorable. That said, I would still come back if I needed a comfortable place to sit and work, read, or visit with friends. The atmosphere was honestly the highlight for me.

Delicious, yes... but the body eventually starts asking for a vegetable and a reset. The space itself matches that feeling. Simply decorated, with bright murals, clean lines, and a cheerful, easygoing vibe that feels light the moment you walk in. My husband gave me full ordering authority, which is always a bold move. I went straight into tapas mode because everything on the menu looked too good to choose just one. We ended up with a spread: chicken pot pie (which quickly abandoned any "small plate" intentions), field greens and baby spinach, a shrimp and crawfish cake, and one of each of Rosy's authentic hand-rolled tamales. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without that heavy, road-trip food fatigue. The mint lemonade was refreshing and delicious, a little on the sweet side, but it worked. Service, while perfectly fine, could benefit from a warmer welcome and a bit more guidance, especially for first-timers trying to navigate such an inviting menu. A little extra friendliness up front would go a long way here. Our only real regret? Not saving room for dessert. They looked very tempting, and we'll be thinking about that missed opportunity. If you're on the road and craving something lighter without sacrificing flavor, this spot is a welcome pause.
