Whites is a total joke of a company, last May 10th they came to our place pump septic a whole 15…read moreminutes they were there,, I've worked in the sewer business 20 years no way it was pumped. Had nothing but issues,,, called 3 times over last 9 months, so I dug up cover pulled it to my surprise it jammed full. So they never completely pumped it they probably pumped a quarter of it shut the truck off off because it was late in the day and booked. They were supposed to come back today on 4 February 2025, which they never did and I had to lease field checked, and the Leitchfield is fine. They are just a bunch of ship bags I would never ever recommend them. I would never use them and this isn't the end of it . I'm gonna take them to the Better Business Bureau and I'm gonna see what I can do.

Good: Came on short notice, showed up on time, good communication throughout…read more Bad: Destroyed my nearly new vacuum cleaner and put it back like nothing was wrong and didn't mention it. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.

I cannot say enough to express my happiness with Stacy and Cori (hope I spelled it right!?). They…read morewere here for the initial clean for hours and worked HARD! First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D
