Looking like I may NEVER find out. Ordered this shirt back on April 21st estimated ship time 2 weeks. Money came out of the bank account instantly and what a surprise it's May 29th and still no shirt! I placed an order on oct 22 for an outfit for my daughter. Confirmation of the order said a 7-14 day ship time... I have emailed multiple times asking for an update and I finally got one that was short & rude. She said 20 business days for shipping not including weekends or holidays. That is not what my confirmation said and would not work for me so I asked my order be canceled and refunded. She then tells me she can't do that and would offer store credit. I did my research and have found that this is common for her! Scamming people out of their money, providing extremely unreasonable shipping periods and then never shipping their items. When people ask for refunds she simply doesn't do it. Not to mention she is extremely rude. There are four or five different emails listed all over for her "business" good luck figuring out which email she will respond to. I can only hope she needed that $40 more than I needed my outfit. I purchased a "Christmas bag" in October and it did not ship when it said it was supposed to. I emailed the owner to find out when it was going to ship and her response was very vague and unapologetic. Still, a couple of days later no shipment information. I emailed her again and asked if it wasn't going to ship in a timely manner, then to cancel my order. Her response was, something to the effect of "okay, there's a waiting list". Never once was she concerned about my $50 bag getting to me on time or ever for that matter. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this place. Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I ordered early January 4 bows (15$ American each, worked out to be $90 Canadian). My money was taken off my visa right away. A month went by I still had not received my order. I reached out to them via e-mail. They told me I should be getting them any day now. Another month has gone by and still nothing. I tried reaching out to them via e-mail again, facebook and instagram and they never responded and keep deleting my comments on their posts. I placed an order October 22nd. The turn around time for the item was 21 business days, which I was fine with. What I'm not fine with is their customer service after waiting three months for my order and still never receiving it. I bought one bow for 16 dollars. I have emailed them four times now and still have not received a response. They printed my shipping label but never shipped my item. After all of this happening I started reading comments and where people had posted to their Facebook page asking when they were going to get their orders because they never received them. To top it all off any time anyone asks for a refund or talks bad about her business she blast them on her business page as being impatient and rude. I even tried to message her personally concerning my order and she doesn't allow people she's not friends with on Facebook to message her, well now I know why. I wish I could give zero stars! I'm truly disappointed in the customer service I have received from you. I have commented facebook posts 2 times, messaged twice, and emailed twice about an order I want to purchase, yet have never gotten an email with an invoice. She may be busy, but if she would like to stay busy, I suggest that she respond to her customers in a timely manor and not neglect to bring business to yourself. I wish I had a different experience but I have not and I am saddened by that. I guess I will have to look else ware for a present for my nephew that I really wanted to purchase form your company. She is actively on facebook, commenting on posts, posting stuff every single day, but refuses to respond to messages, emails and comments once she figures out that you have not gotten an email with an invoice. No response. 01-04-18 Sent email inquiring about my order. No response. Called voicemail full. 01-05-18 Commented on Instagram asking for order update. Sent direct Message on Instagram asking for update on my order. No response, but there continued to be new posts on the page. Called voicemail full. So they were getting my messages. 01-06-18 Called voicemail full. Commented on Instagram that this company has terrible customer service, no response to messages and voicemail that I would contact BBB and my bank. I wrote this comment on two of their posts, when I went to comment again, I had been blocked. Then I received an email from Southern Bound Babes that I would be getting a refund. I will file BBB complaint. Maybe this will save someone else the headache of dealing with this company. Their Instagram page is not active at this time, which tells me more people would have the same complaint as I do. I found this business through Pinterest. I purchased an outfit for my 1 year old baby's birthday party on July 12, 2017 for over $60! I decided to spend this much because her first bday is obviously important and the shop seemed legit. Over 30k likes on FB and actively posts on Instagram. When I made my purchase I received an email right away confirming my purchase. It is now almost a month later and still no update if my package has been shipped. I texted the number on her site like it asks, I sent an email, I messaged her on Instagram, commented on her Instagram pics, all while she ignores me and continues to post new updates to her FB and IG. I then look up her business and see that others have the same issue with ordering items and never hearing from her or getting their clothes!!! This shop owner continues to ignore me in regards to my package I ordered a month ago. She initially responded with "it's coming this week", and now she isn't responding and blocked me from her Facebook groups...she has absolutely no business etiquette and she immediately deletes comments when other consumers ask about their packages and why she isn't responding to them...I love supporting small businesses and always try to purchase what I can from small shops, but don't shop with this "boutique" y'all she has a bunch of claims on BBB...hope this catches you before y'all order and it's too late! This company is the worst! I placed an order in late 2016 with this company and had no issues. I then placed an order for over $200 in August of 2017, after a month went by without any shipping notifications or communication I emailed the customer service email listed on the website requesting an update. I never received a response, to the original email or the three others I sent in the following weeks. The seller was actively posting on IG and Facebook daily, when I would comment requesting information regarding my order or why I was being ignored, my comments would be deleted in minutes. I finally resorted to opening a case through PayPal, which she never responded to any of those messages either. Thankfully PayPal awarded the case to me and I was able to get my money back....a whole 2 months later! It also appears I am not the only person she has done this to.....completely ridiculous!
