Let me start by saying that this place and Noah are true professionals and I would highly recommend…read morethem to anyone. My story: I planed to propose and was kind of lost on the right ring and how to go about the process. I did some searching and found this place and read the reviews. Hesitant, I drove over to the store and told Noah about my plans, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I decided on a ring design and handed over my mother's wedding ring and my gfs grandmother's engagement ring. Noah listened to what I wanted and he designed a perfect ring for my soon to be fiance. After the first rendering, we agreed that it was perfect. She said yes of course but I got the wrong size, slightly to big. Noah offered to remake the ring free of charge and even added more diamonds!!! The ring is absolutely gorgeous, and to top it off, my fiance is just absolutely in love with it I highly recommend this jeweler establishment and Noah the gold smith. You really cannot go wrong here!!!!!

They REFUSED a refund for us. Called two other jewelers stores and found out sales and Kay's BOTH offer full refunds within 30 days if the person doesnt like it. My wife couldn't find ANYTHING she liked this store OR online, Add to this that when I BOUGHT the necklace, the sales lady told me if she hadn't worn it out I could return it FOR A REFUND. Bunch of liars and scammers!! Now we're stuck with a $1500 necklace she will never wear! I wil NEVER return here or recommend them to ANYONE. VERY ANGRY!!!! We're currently contemplating suing them as well.

The coin I was looking for wasn't on display, but he went into his vault and found one that was one year earlier and in brilliant uncirculated condition. He had it for sale at the same price as the big online vendors - a good deal! On another transaction, he gave me $1 below spot for the silver bar I presented to him - a full $4 more than a "big name" precious metals store offered me for the same bar a short time earlier! On top of all of this, the owner is friendly and willing to talk shop with you. I'd definitely do business with them again.

I have not yet gotten my ring back, but when I do I will update this review. I went in with a ring…read morethat is a size 7 and I need a 4.5. I had already been told by one jeweler that it couldn't be done. I went ahead and stopped thinking I might need a whole new setting. I left the ring and the girl told me someone would call me with a quote (I only left it because the reviews were so good). Noah called me this afternoon and 100% walked me through the whole process. He assured me that at anytime that my ring was still there, I could stop in and check on it. He also offered a couple other services that were not necessary. He did not in any way pressure me to buy these services, just let me know what they were and what they cost. I have my wedding set that I bought from another store and I've taken it back and had it worked on, cleaned and re-dipped several times. I have NEVER had a jeweler call me or pull me aside to explain everything to me. I can't wait to get my ring back and see how it is. I will keep you all posted, but so far I can not say enough about how much I appreciate the consideration I've been given! Update!! I picked up my ring this morning and it looks fabulous! Talked with Noah again and he was so informative!! I said it previously, but want to say it again, Noah and Afandi did an amazing job and I'm so glad I went here! I highly recommend if you're needing repairs or just wanting to purchase a new piece. They offer great warranties and will offer lifetime refinishing and such

The man purporting to be the jeweler felt it more important to stare me down when I asked about pressure testing the Tag. I am around 6'2 and he is taller. He stepped too close. I told him I felt he was staring me down and too close. I asked him about his attire trying to diffuse. He refused service (which is totally within his prerogative) so I apologized. He seemed to take satisfaction on demeaning me. I got a service ticket, however returned to collect my watches. I offered to pay for any cancelation and he declined. Based on the reviews I have read, I think I should have gone to the Forney location.
