We checked with everyone. There were many friendly and helpful people we spoke with at various local companies, but almost no one had the equipment available. Healthline did. However, their staff was neither friendly nor helpful. If we had waited for Healthline, the need for the equipment would've passed before we got the equipment. Healthline makes you go through insurance despite the fact that we were trying to do a relatively inexpensive equipment rental. That's frustrating, but it's their business model. OK. However, we had to speak with someone with Healthline not local to Tyler. It was then revealed that days after the doctor's prescription had been received by Healthline, they had still not submitted the prescription order to insurance despite the "Expedite" notation on the order. Apparently, rather than filing the claim, Healthline employees elected to make notes to the account disparaging us, their client. This was revealed in our conversations with Audrey at Healthline. Further, Audrey consistently gave conflicting stories to us and the nurse at the doctor's office. For example, Audrey told the nurse that the hold up on the equipment rental was that Healthline was waiting on insurance approval. When I spoke with Audrey for clarification before calling the insurance carrier, Audrey let me know Healthline hadn't even submitted the claim to insurance yet. That's just one example. Why use this company when better options are available. We recommend Brickstreet Pharmacy, Access 2 Mobility, and CPS Medical.

In 2016, I moved away from Tyler and quickly realized that the level of service and professionalism A2M provides is not something easily found elsewhere. When I returned to Tyler in 2025, I knew without hesitation that I would return to A2M for my vehicle service and mobility needs. I'm happy to say the experience has been every bit as positive as I remembered. The team continues to provide the same high standard of care, craftsmanship, and customer service that originally earned my trust years ago. Throughout my experiences with them, the staff has consistently been prompt, thorough, kind, considerate, and attentive to my needs. It is clear that the people running this business genuinely care about both their customers and the quality of the work they provide. Their team works efficiently, communicates well, and takes pride in what they do. I would confidently recommend Access 2 Mobility to anyone in the East Texas region with mobility-related needs. Their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to customer care truly set them apart.

When we lived in Richardson we use to shop at a store all the time with the no carb buns/breads, I was greatly surprised to see that this place has those here. They also have different kinds of milk to choose from, butter, meats, and sweet treats. Seriously I'm so excited to see all of these healthy choices of foods to choose from. Not even to mention some of the different medical chairs, wheel chairs, medical beds, walkers, crutches, C-pack machine stuff, air purifiers, and so much more. There is a cool section of shoes to choose from. They even have the machines to measure your feet and show where your pressure points are. So that they can give you the shoe that fits you the best. What I thought was really mindful is by the front there is a section just for baby stuff for anything the new parents can now find things that Walmart won't have. The selection for the baby bags is amazing, I would personally use more of these bags as a personal bag for myself. The section with the bathroom safety stuff was really cool to go through cause I personally wouldn't know where to get a lot of the stuff for the showers. Knowing that there is a place that's closer then Greenville or Dallas makes me feel a lot better about being out here now. We must have talked with the owner for a good hour or more and they all seem like great people and love hearing the input the people have to say. I'm really happy to see this place open for business.
