About a month ago June 2025, I noticed some scratches & defects on the inside of the driver & passenger windows. I took it to Firehouse & had them take a look. They said the clear coat was peeling off and if I had my warranty paperwork they could replace it under warranty. I thought for sure that I had the warranty paper but after searching everywhere I couldn't find it. I made an appointment to have it replaced. I called them a few days early & they had a cancelation so I brought It in. I was willing to pay for the replacement tint since it was over 12 years old. Sandra said that they would stand behind their work & warranty even though I didn't have my original paperwork. So they replaced the tint in about 30mins or less & I was back rolling with fresh tint. I have used Firehouse on at least 3 vehicles & have recommended them to several coworkers & friends. They did a great job & even followed up to make sure that I was very satisfied. When they say Lifetime warranty, they back it up!

The Glass they used was excellent quality, I know all the manufacturers. The price was competitive and I observed Geno, the owner & his son Gabriel remove & install the glass. I was very pleased. After the damage occurred, they did not take responsibility for it or provide an acceptable solution, and they left. I have photos and documentation of the damage and the service. I contacted the company to resolve the situation, but they have not agreed to properly compensate me for the damage. I am sharing my experience so other customers can be aware of what happened. I strongly recommend documenting your vehicle's condition before and after any windshield service and making sure the company takes responsibility for any damage caused during the job. I hope the company will still choose to resolve this matter professionally.
