I love that this place stays open till 10pm on most days, I'm a sucker for an all day cafe. The vibes are immaculate, the drinks are good, and they have a bar! I got milk chocolate sweetness, mild acidity, some citrus/fruit notes, and a little spice as well. The flavor got more complex as I worked through the cup. Balanced shot overall with good texture and distinct tasting notes. 5 / 5. The pour over was also solid. Full bodied, fruity and floral notes. 4/5.

The latte was just okay for me -- not as creamy as I prefer, and I wish more of the espresso had come through, especially since it got watery pretty quickly. So I'd probably order something different next time. The avocado toast, though, was so delicious! They toast the bacon so well, and I love that they make it a gourmet version by adding tomato and really nicely seasoned avocado. The toast itself was delicious too, which is one of those things people overlook but really matters. Worth stopping in -- just maybe come for the food more than the coffee!

It's a little confusing and not well marked, but you will enter and walk to the left to order. There is a menu on the wall. The staff was nice and my food came out pretty promptly. They sell some coffee brewing supplies like Chemex filters, some merch like shirts. The shop itself is pretty spacious with cement floors and tables and some high top tables. Pretty typical coffee shop look and feel. There aren't a lot of outlets available for the high tops, but I'm not sure about the tables on the edges of the space. Most of the customers seem to come in for a cup and roll out. There are a lot of office buildings here, so that makes sense. They have free password protected wifi and it's decent. There's even a motion activated air freshener in the bathroom! I'd come back here. Their coffee and food are worth it.

I don't expect every place to have ceremonial grade or to even whisk by hand every time, but this one I got was quite clearly premade way in advance. The color being so dull is a clue.
