Saw Dr. Lampley for my wrist. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He spoke about the options available to me and what may be the best choice for me at this time. I had 3 x-rays taken. The x-ray tech was very friendly and professional. All rooms where very clean. The office works with the VA for Community Care. They have an office in Saint Johns on CR-210 and another towards downtown Saint Augustine. I highly recommend Dr Lampley. read more

The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they reimbursed me for my copay after refusing to render service. I had scheduled an appointment for my daughter with Dr. Patrick Jones. At which point we were told she would need to have an xray even though she had one 2 weeks ago at urgent care. They requested to see the disc which I did not have on hand. I requested to see the doctor /consult with him before we do any other tests. The manager proceeded to not let us see the doctor because she claimed "the doctor will not see a patient until he has seen the scan". I requested she ask him if he will see her and take it from there. A few minutes later she came back stating he refused to see her. I am very disappointed at the level of non compassion and lack of human decency. Rather than treating a person they want to treat an image. Then why are we even there. We could have easily done virtual. I have never seen anything like it. At least pretend to examine a patient! It felt like all they care about is money. read more

I have been going here to the 210 office for a couple of years. Recently the staff has been unfriendly and sometimes hostile. This has occurred with 2 receptionist, and 2 medical aides. They dropped the ball on following through with referrals they made to other Physicians. The MRI tech was perfectly fine. Because of this i will be looking for a new practice. read more

I waited over 2 hours to see Dr. Haycook, I understand that he had an emergency but no one came out to advise me or any other patient waiting, I had to ask several times. Then when the nurse finally brought me back, she was not kind and never even apologized for the wait even after I asked her about it. I was then passed off to the nurse who did X-rays and she was no better, she was very rude! Why is it that my time is not valuable, but theirs is? If you cancel your hit with a fee but when you have to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor, no communication is given nor an apology. Very disheartening to say the least!! I encourage the doctors of this practice to speak to some of their nurses about proper customer service and friendliness!! read more

Orthopaedic associates of Saint Augustine both the 210 office and Saint Augustine location have been our "go to" for years! Whether it was for sports injuries with our kids or later our own medical issues, they have everything you need right there from x-ray, MRI and physical therapy. Dr. McClone has been so thorough and upfront with anything we've had to deal with and we are grateful for his expertise! Mike in Physical Therapy and his team are superb! Location and hours are convenient and they have always been more than able to work us in the schedule! read more

I have left three voice messages and sent two emails because they sent my claim to the wrong insurance. Even though I gave them my card at check in and told them to remove the insurance, it still happened. It has been four days and I have not received a response of any kind. I actually received a call right after I sent the second email. I answered and they hung up. I think that may have been to get it in their system that they had returned my call. Pitiful. read more

I went to Orthopedic Associates of St. Augustine yesterday. I saw Dr. Rice. I will never go back there. He was rude unprofessional and uncaring. He walked in never said hello to me sat down said so what happened . Then he said because I have Humana he couldn't give me a brace ,medication or physical therapy all I can do is give you a order for a brace and give it to your primary care doctor to see if he can order me one. So we'll just put your splint back on, and they did a sloppy job. I'm very upset and frustrated, I left with a broken hand not knowing what to do. I don't recommend Dr. Rice to anyone. read more

Dr. Casey McClone saw me on a referral from my physical therapist who was not seeing very much success because the session were just to painful. Dr. McClone has helped me a great deal. He doesn't beat around the bush and I like that. The front desk staff and MRI tech are all kind and quick to respond to my needs. read more

This is the worst repeat the worst orthopedic office. They don't pick up phone calls, leave a message they either don't return calls or take several days to do. I had surgery and had little choice as was already stuck in the Hospital. Dr Grimes did the surgery. Didn't see the dr after surgery only the PA. Still hasn't seen the dr after surgery. Was given the most archaic brace that was to long for me after surgery. Later found out from therapists that if was probably a very old model stiff and difficult to adjust. The PA at my last visit said I could do certain things but didn't document the notes. Called the office there is no answer always voice mail even to make Appts. Never got call back from medical assistant to Dr Grimes. Also comments from others that deal with this ortho office is that it has a chronic issue with response or very hard to reach. I wish I could give less than 1 star! read more

I am very frustrated and disgusted with the customer service level of this office. They have been unprofessional and do not care one bit about the patient's health or pain levels. I have had to get multiple cortisone shots because they cannot follow simple instructions. I have called multiple times to try and understand why it is so difficult for them to provide the proper authorization to our specialty pharmacy regarding my medication. It has been over one month since the doctor has provided the prescription and the office manager has yet to provide the approval. It has gotten so bad that they do not even pick-up the phone any more when I call and they see it's my phone number. The health care system is broken and is only concerned about dollars. They have forgotten why they are in business in regards to servicing their patients. I would suggest that if you can avoid using this office, do so, as they do not care about you at all. They are rude, ignore the patient, and should not be employed. My Doctor Casey McClone and his nurse Megan they are the best . Went here after urgent care when I dislocated my ankle & broke my leg simply because it was closest to my house. Was pleasantly surprised. Initially saw Dr. McClure/McClone(?) who was awesome. He explained my options, was personable & professional. But I needed to go to Flagler Hospital for surgery and that was performed by Dr. Stark who is also part of this practice. I love him. He spent time with me, joked, put me at ease several times & basically made me feel a little better about a shitty situation. My surgery went well and so far everything is healing up as expected. In follow up visits he's been straight forward and answers questions thoroughly and honestly. He's a great doctor and a nice guy. read more

They say they "help veterans" and work with the VA and the Veterans Choice program. But they DO NOT accommodate them at all. Their customer service and attitude towards veterans are horrible - they should just STOP serving veterans and working with the VA if they are going to treat vets this way. read more

Let me start by saying I have been a patient since 2012 and every office visit has been very good. That being said, I have had a very difficult time dealing with office staff in reference to a denial of an MRI request. I had 3 appointments with a PA for hip pain. I had an X-Ray of the hip on the firs visit. I had an injection on the second visit that did not help. On the third visit the PA said he would be requesting a MRI from my insurance company help determine the problem. Shortly after I received 2 letters from my insurance company stating that the doctors office did not provide any treatment nor were any X-Rays taken and denied the MRI request. Copies of these letters were sent to the doctor. Starting on 07/02/19 I sent 4 emails to the doctor's "Team" through the patient portal. Received one response after the second email stating that the office manager was notified and would call me that day. This did not happen. On 07/26/19 I called and left a message with "billing" because their phone menu has no options just to speak with office staff with a question. Four (4) days later a woman from billing returned my call and connected me with someone in her supervisor. This woman reviewed my emails and the letters from the insurance company. She agreed there was a problem and would forward the information to the woman in MRI authorizations and would have her contact me. This never happened. I called the office and did get connected to MRI authorizations. I left a message and asked to be called. As of today 08/08/19 no one has contacted me. I purposely have left the names out of who I talked with. Like I said, my actual appointments were fine. However, their office staff and their phone menu leave much to be desired. read more

The absolute worst experience of my life. Beth Peace, podiatrist, gave me off the shelf orthotics for my very bad nerve disease. The orthodics do not help me and are totally returnable to Medicare if Dr Pearce will take them back. She refuses to even see me to availuate my condition. When I went to see her(with a valid appt), she refused to see me and would not return the orthodics. She and her office manager told me they would call the polices if I didn't leave their office!! Then she had the nerve to double bill Medicare for my orthotics! Not only is she non compliant with Medicares rules but she double billed them. No one at the office will even talk to me ! Orthopedics Assiates should be shut down for fraud! read more

My teen has been going here for a couple of years now due to a knee injury. Dr Kasraien and his staff are wonderful. We have never had a problem with scheduling appointments, or receiving callback if we leave a message. April 5th my daughter had surgery to correct the issue with her knee, Dr "K" did an excellent job explaining the options, the over procedure, pre and post op. The Surgery center that was used the nurses took great care with my child, explaining everything and making sure both my daughter and I understood what was being done. Now we go to therapy at the same office and again no complaints the therapists are great they provide their expectations and give recommendations as needed. They push the patient to overcome their obstacles to ensure a safe and speedy recovery. Would definitely recommend Orthopedic Associates of St. Augustine and their physical therapy. Oh and we drive 45mins each way to get to this office as we live in Orange Park so that should tell you something. read more

Dr. Kasraeian is my favorite doctor!!! I broke my arm, and he and his staff were the BEST! Dr. Kasraeian operated on my arm, and at no point did I ever feel that i was getting less than the best care possible. He is amazing at taking his time to explain what was going to happen, and why it needed to happen. I think I healed much quicker do to his talent. read more
