I'd like to specifically thank Dr. Phillip Bell who performed the surgery, the nurses, anesthesiologist, and everyone else at JOI Baptist South for taking such good care of me before, during, and after surgery. My knee range of motion has improved dramatically the previous 5 days and is currently at 115 degrees. No more walker or cane and I just walked a mile today. I saw Dr. Picerno who was friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with my recovery. When I returned for my follow up, the staff was again polite and professional and I didn't wait too long to see the doctor. I appreciated that Dr. Picerno made sure I was comfortable with his prognosis of my shoulder. Since this was a workman's comp situation, dealing with the office was easy and I wasn't bogged down with paper work. The office was also convenient for me since it was located at Baptist South.

To arrive and not even have an appointment...that WAS there last week and was scheduled 2 weeks ago. Not to mention...I have been a patient here since November... Of last year...7 months now. I would hate to see how she treats people who aren't regular customers.
