Appointment making was fairly easy and straight forward. I called in and was able to choose my date and time. For my first visit, I saw Dr. Vish who actually saw evidence of the broken bone in my back and suggested deeper scans. I returned a handful of times afterwards and saw Dr. Vish. He was polite, straight-forward, and the adjustments felt good. My interactions with Dr. Nguyen were different. He came across like a used car salesman always trying to upsell me. Essentially my visits were out-of-pocket as I waited for insurance to pay me back. The bills were never what was communicated to me in the office and it became clear to me that while I liked Dr. Vish, I could not continue to visit because of Dr. Nguyen. He just gave the wrong vibes. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I ultimately chose a different treatment plan for my broken back and that was that.

I went from coming in 2x a week to once a week, then once every 2 weeks, and now once a month. My back has felt great sitting and standing. When you come there are usually about 3 things to do. The massage chair, the electrode things they put on your back that help stimulate, and my favorite, the waterbed with jets. Then you either talk to the doc and/or get adjusted. I instantly felt better after the adjustment. I have not had pain in my lower back. So glad my friend Christy told me about this practice. The workers here are pleasant and so nice. Love them all. The doctor is honest, patient, and good at what he does.
