My biggest thanks goes to Robin for helping me with my milk production after the birth of my second child. I had low milk production in 1 breast and almost 0 production in the 2nd breast with my first child. I started to experience the same thing with my 2nd child and knew immediately to turn to Robin. Robin helped amp up my supply and greatly increase my production where I was able to solely breastfeed my 2nd child during the time I wanted to continue breastfeeding. Robin is really caring and really listens to what's going on with you! I have been to 4 appointments now with him and will continue to go for the following reasons. To start I had two herniated discs that required emergent surgery to correct. The surgeries left my left foot's dorsiflex non operational, dorsiflex is the ability to lift your foot upwards, it's also known as drop foot. It left me in pain and tripping over my own lifeless foot. I was in constant pain and got tired of the side effects of having to take narcotics every single day. I had gone to almost a year of physical therapy, and core strengthening classes that helped but no where close to the level I needed. At the very first session I noticed an immediate change, please keep in mind that these results are atypical for someone suffering from the extreme nerve damage that I was going through. The change was a drop in pain level and a very slight regained feeling to my drop foot. Each session after that only showed more improvement as my nerves began to respond again. Admittedly it did hurt a little more as the nerves began to respond again, which is normal when you have to "reboot" the nerves again. I know that I have a lot more appointments needed to regain regularity, however with Wang Acupuncture I know that it is going to be a winning battle. I love me some acupuncture, found an amazing place in SF when I lived there and then found a kind of meh place in NYC. This is back to the heavenly standards like I experienced in San Francisco. Easy in and out, SUPER comfy recliners and even better t-shirts for sale with a punch card! You can't get better than that! Easy parking and close to a Thai place for good post needling pad Thai. Because, you know, it's all about priorities. I'm bringing my mom here when she's in town next. That should say something, right?
