That water stain came up but he left other water stains and black marks all over my ottoman. When I texted him about the black spots shortly after he left he responded w a rude defensive answer telling me that he didn't leave the black marks and told me it was a stained ottoman to start with. I told him it was not a stained ottoman. Since then no one will respond to my texts or messages. Horrible customer service and expect a late arrival as others have mentioned. I added a flight of stairs for $49 as well. Received a call the day before (yesterday) giving me a two-hour window, and today, the nice guy (whose name I don't remember, sorry) called to ask if he could come a bit early? EARLY? Um, sure. Quickly got everything into a couple of rooms without carpet, gave the dog some toys, and the three rooms AND the stairs were cleaned in no time. Really, I couldn't believe it when he said he was finished, and the carpets looked GREAT. My goal is to not have carpet in the future, but if I do, I would definitely call these guys again, Groupon or not. Tips for good Yelpers: vacuum first (they are there to clean the carpets, not vacuum them for you), give your nice cleaner some water on the way out and a tip. And a "thank you". And call Beckwith!!

After contacting Puritan they had a crew here after hours within 90 minutes. Alex was the lead very straight forward and upfront he showed me with his scanner where the water was his assistant was running another machine along the walks where he found no water damage to the walls. After Alex gave me a brief rundown of what they where going to do to help absorb the water they went right to work. A little over an hour they finished sucking what water they could get from the carpet they set up humidifiers and fans to run for the next few days. While finding the water damage was a big disappointment Puritan was very professional. We would highly recommend this company.
