(Again, new owner has no access to Kwiklock records) They seem to have great units but very poor management. They took no responsibility for these issues. Additionally, the woman who answers the phone is rude, interrupted me, would not listen. She was very patronizing to my mother, who is an older adult. I rented on my mother's behalf because she is legally blind and could not see the contract well enough to complete it. I told this woman at Kwiklock that and she talked to my mother as if blindness meant she was cognitively impaired. No understanding of disability at all. Again, do not recommend.

My husband went into the office and reported this issue and was told that it was not their problem and they couldn't control what people brought in. My husband asked what they recommended that we do and was told to bug bomb the unit. This was devastating since we brought our belongings to be kept safe and sound and not be infested with roaches. The storage management needs to try and keep the units clean and use a routine pest control. Also, the walls in the units are not the best condition and this also contributes to this awful problem.
