Originally tried to move out around the 27th of the month but couldn't get a truck reservation so I moved it later but was told they were going to start being closed on Mondays so I couldn't move out until the 12th. Was never told that the prorated only counted until the 10th. Not sure how I'm supposed to move out on the 10th if it's a Sunday and they're closed, and the next day they were also closed. Had to call several times after that and was informed by the 1(!) person working there that it was in my contract and tough luck. I had been charged an exorbitant amount for 12 days because they weren't open the other days, and they decided to up the rent that month as well. Guess you can't expect more from any place in Kansas. Go to another storage space. Uhaul gives you a free month if you use a truck, and your stuff won't be full of spiders, or wet.
